After the roof was installed & the 1st rain happened it was obvious that the builder had the framing tilted the wrong way so that the rain puddled in the middle instead of rolling to the edge as it should. Mr. Rieter came up with the solution of cutting a hole in the side of the cornice & installing an additional gutter there to dispose of that rainwater at no additional charge to me.. I have found this to be the normal operating procedure for Reiter roofing for the past 25 years I have been using them. They come up with innovative solutions that work or they come back promptly at no additional charge until it is fixed. I would reccommend these guys to my kids, my mom & even my enemies (what better way to make friends of them?) Allan.

They did a fantastic job, a previous contractor had destroyed our home. They were busy with other jobs but squeezed us in because the other companies bad work had left us with water running into the building. I called them on a Wednesday, they came out for an estimate on Friday and would have started work on the following Monday but due to weather didn't start until Wednesday. You would have never known they were there, they did such a great job cleaning up. The workers were so courteous and they are so dependable. Their workmanship is excellent. They restored my faith in contractors. They did the work and didn't even ask for a down payment, they left before I got home and just mailed the bill the next day. They were so honest and trustworthy. I can not say enough nice things about them.

I could not have been happier with the job. Barry Reiter runs a very professional operation. His crew was first-rate: on time, courteous, and thorough. High quality workmanship. Great experience. I highly recommend this company.

Very well. They came and evaluated my roof very quickly and called me quickly with the information. It took a few weeks from the time I agreed to have the work done until it was actually done but I wasn't in a rush. The work was fully completed in one day. I didn't even have to be there, which was very nice. Everything was finished and taken care of by the time I got home from work. The price was very reasonable too.

Reiter roofing was excellent. Barry was responsive to our calls and up front with all the options. When a promised skylight turned out to be the wrong size, Barry found a new skylight and ate the difference because he promised us a specific price. When they needed to come back to finish the job the guys came out ON THANKSGIVING to finish. Now THAT'S professionalism! We are highly satisfied and will gladly use them again.

Everything went smooth.The Foreman threw in a few extra patches as a courtesy which I thought was real nice. When the work was completed both the foreman and myself inspected all the work at completion. Everything was done according to the contract plus some.

My initial contact with this company went very well, friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. We scheduled a time for them to come out and work on the house that fit into my lifestyle (i'm a stay at home dad and work from home so disruption is an issue). In any case they came when they said they would, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. All in all I'm very satisfied with the work they did and would be happy to refer them to anyone in need of roof work.

I rearranged my work schedule twice to allow the company to come evaluate the ceiling /windows from the inside of the house near where the leaks seem to originate. They promised to be there at a certain time and did not arrive. When I called, they had no explanation. A second visit was scheduled and confirmed. The morning of the visit it was raining. I received no call to say they would be late/ not coming. When I called, they said their guys come in late when it rains. I assumed that, since they needed to see the inside of the house, rain would not cause an issue. In addition, I at least expected a call to say they would be late/ not coming. I will not use this company.

Contacted roofing contractor because roof was leaking and drain pipe was clogged. Responded next day and estimator came out the next day. Received estimate that evening. Estimate did not include replacing drainpipe so we called and Barry Reiter (owner) came out the next day to check it out. Took my son in law up on the roof with him and showed his the damage from the previous installation and cleaned out drain pipe (which was clogged from pieces of the old roof which had come off.) Explained in detail what needed to be done. Also agreed to remove an old tv antenna which was installed on the roof. Work could not be completed immediately due to rain. Actually did work on a Saturday because had not been able to get here during the week because of weather. Work was completed exactly as requested. Workers were friendly and professional and let us know exactly what was being done. Took son in law up on the roof to show what was being done and final product. Cleaned up completely - if I had not been at home, I would not have known they had been there. All in all - totally satisfied with company and their work.

Three workers came on time and were professional and courteous. They had to remove an outside gate for entry and placed it back when they were done. They also cleaned up after themselves. I hardly knew they were even there.

Mr. Reiter answered promptly and began the work the very next day. As we had a significant leak in a church building with many acitivities going on, this was a big relief. Overnight he was able to arrange for sufficient materials, including some custom made pieces, which were ready for installation early the next morning after our call. He assembled a sizeable crew and the job was completed in two days. There was really no interruption to activites at the church during the work. The workmanship was excellent. We also have the option of extending the warranty to fifteen years if we have the roof inspected and spot repairs made several times in the next ten years.

They do excellent work. They provide a full written estimate before hand and hold to it. They also provide a two year guarantee. ***Price reflects two separate jobs.

They were very professional and nothing about the interaction would lead me not to call on them again. We did choose another company, but not because of any complaints with this one.

I'll give these guys another shot, but things did not go very smoothly. Should've been a simple job to secure the existing piece of siding, but they were unable to come on the agreed upon date because of heavy rains and wind. Eventually, the wind ripped the siding right off the house. The next call I got about the job was from a perturbed worker on site at my house looking for the siding. He claimed someone from the office was supposed to call me to confirm the date, but that never happened. After that call, I did get a call from the office and they changed the estimate from $200 to $375 because they now had to cut a new piece of siding. When I protested they argued with me initially, but eventually agreed to reduce the new estimate by $75 and they got the job done. After everything was sorted out, they did a good job, but I was put off by the delays, the lack of communication, and the drastic change in the estimate.

They have great service, quality work at reasonable prices. They return calls promptly and they have attended to every concern I've had.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I felt they were honest and got the job done. Other companies didn't want to come for such a small job. They came out withing a day after I called them.

I called Reiter roofing to fix a leak in my kitchen from the clogged drain. They responded promptly. Mr Reiter was very courteous. They came out and gave me an estimate and two weeks later I had them come out and do the repair.

Went very well. They are good communicators, prompt and courteous. Also neat!

The are really good, reliable, friendly and I use them for a number of my properties.

I really liked that they were very responsive. The roof began to leak again and they were back out immediately to do the repair at no cost and it has not leaked since.

THEY DID EXCEPTIONAL WORK. THEY WERE THOUGHTFUL AND STUCK TO THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. THEY LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING DURING THE ENTIRE JOB. THEY WERE CAREFUL AND DID A GOOD QUALITY JOB.

I WAS CALLED BACK PROMPTLY & RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE WORK WAS DONE SOON AFTER THAT. THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & WERE PLEASANT. OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED & I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE QUALITY IS POOR. THE ROOF STILL LEAKS.
