It was streamlined and they did everything in one or two days, which was great. No complaints so far, but I will repost with any issues.

I spent about $2000 on that work. They were good. I had a roof leak and when I called them they showed up within an hour or two and that was amazing. I was very impressed with that. They were excellent. I think that their prices were reasonable. They were very professional.

Reiter Roofing provided excellent, high-quality service for a competitive price. From the initial estimate through completion of the work, every employee was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Barry Reiter, the owner, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the work that was performed. He was also extremely patient and understanding while dealing with the difficult insurance payment process, which dragged on longer than it should. He understands the inherent issues associated with insurance claims and is willing to work with you while all the paperwork and payments are finalized. I highly recommend Reiter Roofing and will use their services again.

My experience with this company was outstanding. Chalie was at the top of his game when it came to returning phone calls or answering questions I had about the job prior to hiring. When it came to customer service Chalie delivered; he had photos and paperwork at hand when I called. My e-mails were answered promptly either by Mr. Reiter or Steve. The workers (there were three) were exactly on time, pleasant, worked quickly so that I was able to go to work later that afternoon. When it was necessary for David, one of workers, to walk through my home to show me how to use the device required to open the skylight window, he removed his shoes. They were very good. They were better than the other company that came out to give us an estimate. Charlie was the guy who came out and he was very nice. He jumped up on the roof. He was pretty straightforward with us. It took him a little while to get the quote back to us and it was little over a week. Other than that, they were great. I would consider using them in the future.

We originally called Reiter to investigate a leak on the second floor of our three-story house. We had a fiberglass roof deck with two significant cracks. Evan from Reiter came out in August 2010 to check out the problem and we were very impressed. He looked at the location of the leak as well as the roof deck, patiently explained our options (rubber deck vs. getting someone else to redo the fiberglass roof), went through the color and material choices we would have and answered all our questions. We particularly appreciated the fact that Evan didn't try to sell us on a rubber roof. Reiter doesn't do fiberglass roofing and he was up front about that and even tried to come up with names of other companies we could contact if we wanted to repair our existing roof. Ultimately we did decide to replace our fiberglass roof with a rubber roof, and the folks from Reiter who came to do the work in September 2010 were professional and efficient and did not leave a mess behind. Unfortunately the leak persisted, so Evan came back out and patched a roof overhang above our second floor - at no extra charge. On his second trip out, he provided us with some options for roof tiles and answered even more questions. We were happy for a while until after some months it became clear that water was pooling under the rubber, and we had a few instances were we had more interior leaks. We had a few more visits from Reiter, and explored different sources of the problem that turned out to be dead ends. We suspected the drain area on the roof was to blame, as well as incorrect pitch causing water to not run off. Eventually we hired Reiter to install a wedge of material along the wall leading to the drain to improve drainage. Unfortunately a substantial portion of the new seam was not sealed correctly and when hurricane Irene hit, we had a large amount of water come into the house. They came once and covered the drain area with black sealant. Leaks continued. Determined to prove the source once and for all, we dyed some water with blue food coloring and let it sit on the roof, and the appearance of blue water inside convinced Reiter to open the area up and install a new drain box. However, rather than lifting up the entire roof surface to look for water and dry it out, they opened the corner immediately adjacent to the drain box, torched under the rubber and dried it with some rags in that area. They replaced the drain box but did not have the correct materials to finish reconnecting the downspout and replace flashing that they had cut out around the drain area. They promised to come reconnect the drain and install the flashing on a Monday but didn't show up. We called. A day or two later, they subsequently returned to fix the downspout, but forgot the flashing. We called to remind them about that, but didn't get a response, and thinking it merely a cosmetic issue, didn't worry further. Until the leaks resumed. Most recently, Mr Reiter came out and caulked the area around the drain and the remaining flashing. Near the edge of the remaining flashing, there was an opening that might allow water under the roof - another failure on their part to seal correctly. I could easily have caulked it myself, if I had been told about it. An independent inspector we hired to evaluate the house reported that the rubber roof surface that was installed on our roof deck was not intended to be walked on. He also noted that the drain box was improperly installed - and this area is leaking profusely as I write. While Reiter Roofing have been generally responsive to calls and have done corrective work under their warranty, the problem is far from fixed. It has cost us a lot of time dealing with this and trying to find all the defects, to say nothing of having to deal with the disruption and damage caused by ongoing leakage inside our house. We are dissatisfied overall.

It went well. We haven't had any leaks since the new threshold's installation.

They have come back and done repairs whenever I?ve needed them. After a rain they check if there is a leak. They respond quickly.

The office staff was very professional and responsive. They scheduled the roofer to come out a few days after we called. The morning of the visit, several hours before the roofer was even due at my home, I received a phone call informing us that the roofer was running late. I really appreciated the professionalism and consideration of my time. The roofer they sent was professional and efficient. However, we felt that the quote he made was too high and included things we were not interested in having done.

This is a completely professional and high quality roofing company. I highly recommend them to anyone considering roofing services for their home or business.

I found Reiter Roofing on Angie's List, and they were good. They came out to look at my roof and were honest with me and told me that I really did not need a new roof (I really respect the fact that they did not try to sell me a new roof - I will use them again for this reason!!). They suggested a "re-coat & re-seal" for $525. They emailed me the estimate with all of the details. It came with a 2-yr warranty, whereby they will return to fix it 2 times if it leaks. The guys who did the work were great. They got the job done quickly, and were very personable. I received a receipt in the mail after payment was made. Would definitely recommend this company, based on my experience.

I called Reiter Roofing last week, and they said they would be able to come out today. They called yesterday with the worker's name and a 2 hour window for today (9-11), and the worker arrived within the window at 9:20. He was friendly, asked what the problem was, did his work efficiently, and he even made a few suggestions (we're having a drainage problem in the back yard). I tried to give him a tip when he left and he wouldn't take it.

From beginning to end, Reiter was responsive, innovative and exceptionally organized. Highly recommended.

Barry Reiter gave us a written, detailed estimate of what would be done. The workmen showed up on time, They did a excellent job. All the trash was taken away. We would definitely hire them again.

I have used other companies in the past for the same job and always their objective was to finisih the job as fast as they could, always leaving a bad job behind. This time I decided to use Reiter based on Angie's list reoport from other customers. The crew assigned to do the job were right on time and performed an excellent job, paying attention to the details, doing exactly what was requested but at the same time suggesting alternative for me to consider. They spent extra time making sure sure everything was done properly, including cleaning the work area and final inspections of the job.

We contacted them by telephone and said they'd been recommended on Angie's List. They came when we were not home and left an estimate. We approved that and because they didn't need to get into the house to do the work, we left it to them to figure out when to do the work. They called to tell us when they'd be coming and sent us a bill. It was the best of all possible ways to get a repair done.

This is the second time I used this company and I could not be happier. I live at a condo building in Margate City, NJ and this company was recommended highly to me and I now know why. They were very professional and and very courteous. From start to finish... NO COMPLAINTS!!

The experience was absolutely wonderful. They had to do more work than was expected and they gave me multiple options to get the work as cheap as possible to meet my budget by telling me things I could do as prep work. They ended up having to do more work than expected and spending more time than they had expected. They gave me a very reasonable rate for what they charged, especially in comparison to the other contractors that I had spoken with. They were fairly prompt. The workers did quality work, but were not as professional. The main guy was very good.

OVERALL probably a good roofing company, but I'll never know.

charlie came out to look at the job on the date and time that we agreed on. gave me an estmate in the mail told me he would be out in about 2 weeks. called a couple days ahead of date due. arrived on date due and completed the job. will definetely use these guys again great job thanks

They seem very professional, but the estimate of $475 to clean my gutters and fix an additional problem was too high for my liking.
