Overall, my experience with this company went very well. They made more than one trip and stayed in contact with me until they were able to understand and assess my service request.

Sent email describing work needed to be done on my roof, recieved a promt phone call the next day, and they came out to inspect roof that Monday and this is great, while I was at work,I didn't need to take off for the estimate, or on the day work was completed.We set up an appointment and the work was completed the following week. Overall a great experience.

They came out to give an estimate, one which was way lower than I was expecting. They worked around my schedule when necessary and dealt with my homeowners warrenty company as best they could. The staff is exceptional! They were punctual and thorough. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The work was professionally estimated and completed on schedule. The price was slightly higher than the competition, but I chose this firm because of its Angie's List rating as well as a recommendation from a neighborhood friend.

Overall, the job went very well. They were very responsive to my inquires and were able to do the job quickly and efficiently. They acknowleged and confirmed what I had already determined which was that a satelitte dish that had been previously installed, was mounted on the roofs surface which then caused the leaking in my upstairs bedroom. They even cam back to remove that dish when the satelitte company would not do so. Again, I would definitely recommend their services, and will probably use them when I decide to replace the shingles.

Owner came out to address a continual problem, immediately saw the problem and fixed it.

We called Reiter roofing as one of three companies to give us an estimate on replacing my upper roof. I had the roof replaced about 15 years ago but did not realize the roofer at the time did not replace the exterior plywood under the shingles. After years of slow leaks my entire ceiling in one of my bedrooms caved in because of the rotted plywood. Barry came over to give me an estimate that was the best of the three. He scheduled the job to start on that next tuesday but it had to get pushed back until thursday of that week due to heavy rains in the area. His crew showed up that thursday morning ready to work and they stripped my roof of all the rotted materials. They filled in the holes left from my satellite dish that I had relocated and took down an old antenna base that was no longer in use. Since it was a two day job they made sure the roof was to a certain point that it could be left that way until the next day without anything being damaged by being left uncovered. They returned the next day and finished the job and now I have a roof that no longer leaks, puddles or anything. Afterwards we looked outside for any stray nails or missed debris that didn't get picked up and found less than 5 things. That was great considering other roofers had me picking up stray old nails for weeks after the job was completed. My only issue was initially something happened to my wiring for the satellitte that was messed up by the roofers and took out my service. We had the satellite company out that same day and they rewired everything which in the end turned out to be a blessing since they upgraded all of the wires and re-ran them so they are less obtrusive on the house. So thanks for that, because now everything looks better than it was, roof & wires! I asked how much would I have to put down as a deposit and was told to pay upon completion. That was a surprise since most vendors want something upfront. Once he emailed me the final invoice I mailed him his check and have been a happy camper ever since. I would hire him again in a instant and so would my family. So thank you, you took a big worry off my mind with the condition of my roof.

My experience with this company was terrific. I originally thought there was a leak in my roof but when he took a look, he let me know that it was actually a chimney repair and suggested I call a masonry. He told me about one small area that needed to be repaired and gave me a quote, and then came back and did it.

Initially spoke with someone on the phone on 8/21 to schedule a time for someone to go to the home to provide an estimate for a new roof. Someone did come within the week and promised to provide an estimate. I didn't hear from anyone within a week so I called twice and left a message with no response until 9/6. Charlie called and stated that the paperwork had been stapled to another job. He couldn't explain why no one ever returned my call until today. We gave the job to another company.

Came the day after I called - submitted their estimate in writing and came immediately when I employed them. Left everything neat & clean!

I never saw anyone... I work during the day, didn't have to take time off. When I sent the check for payment I was waiting for it to rain to see how they did. they held onto the check. I would highly recommend them.

Dear Mr. Barry Reiter Recently, I contacted a company called Reiter Roofing, Inc. Mr. Barry Reiter demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism and skill. From the first phone call with him, to the last dealing with him and his company has been a very positive experience. Mr. Reiter sent a team of employees to my home in the Philadelphia area to give me free repair estimate. Mr. Reiter reported back to me in a reasonable time period and informed me on the condition of my roof. He told me that he could send out a team of employees on the next business day to do the repairs. This was on a Friday and the repairs was completed on the following Monday. Based on his findings and his pricing, which was very acceptable, I agreed to his company repairing my roof. Mr. Reiter?s team sealed all flashings on the entire roof using 4? membrane fabric and waterproof roofing cement. They seal all visible openings, and worn areas. They cleaned the roof of all dirt and debris, and cleaned all drains. They furnished and installed Williamsburg Slate 3 tab shingle to replace missing shingle tab to the front pent roof. I was also given a 2-YEAR REPAIR GUARANTEE. With this guarantee, Reiter roofing will return 2 times within this two year time span if any problems occur; and they will do additional repairs if necessary at no cost to me the customer for a period of 2 years. The job was finished on time and not a scrap of evidence left behind. The cleanliness and professional demeanor of your employees indicates an attitude from the top that permeates throughout the company. For this I commend this company. Estimate: Original estimator took pictures and wrote notes from which Barry Reiter prepared the first estimate. The estimate and pictures raised a few technical questions. To answer them, Barry came out personally and spent most of an hour re-examining the roof and answered all the questions very well. I made a couple of changes which were incorporated into the second estimate. The coolest thing about the estimate (first estimator) was my concern about water stains on a ceiling under the porch roof. The estimator glanced at the ceiling and said instantly, "Wallpaper paste. You can see the brush marks." Not only was that a relief, it spoke volumes about the integrity of the firm. Work: The work had been scheduled for 3 July, but on 29 June I got a call which asked to reschedule to 5 July. There had been a storm which had created a need to do some emergency work elsewhere. No problem. None of my work was urgent and we both knew that. Two guys showed up on 5 July and put in a long, hot day in which they got about 95% of the work done. Another guy came out the next day, began to finish up, but came up short on required hardware. The following Monday, one guy showed up just to make sure the hardware was there. The "closer" showed up shortly thereafter and finished the job to my complete satisfaction, including my odd way of terminating the downspouts. (Made sense to me and no argument from Reiter.) The only glitch was some ladder-induced damage to the upper roof gutter. They took care of it, unasked, at the end of the job. The upper roof is awkward to reach because of the porch roof and heavy shrubbery, so the incidental damage may have been unavoidable. In any case, it was repaired promptly without my having to say anything. Barry Reiter was super easy to work with and runs a great shop.

Barry was very responsive and gave me a very detailed estimate. It's the best service write-up I've ever gotten. It even included pictures! The price was very low. He was professional when speaking with me, and really was reassuring to me. He explained that his work comes with a 2 year warranty for any problems. I have hired him to get started very soon!

Reiter informed me that they could keep the existing roof and apply new roofing material over it, so the cost was extremely reasonable. They also coated the lower level roofs. As I requested, they did the work when I wasn't at home so I didn't need to take time off from work. They did the work within a few days (it wasn't a rush). I'm very satisfied.

They looked at the roof and they found that the water was coming in to my house because the siding wasn't secured properly. After they did the work, I had no problems. They gave me a guarantee of up to 2 years. He told me to watch it when it rains and if there were any problems they would come back out. He took pictures of everything so when they did the work they knew exactly what was going on. I had to call them a few times to get them to come out after I got the estimate.

Overall, everything went well. I received a prompt estimate. It took them a few weeks to complete the work due to weather and also another big job that they were doing. The day they were supposed to come out Steve called to let me know they had to reschedule me because the men were at another job that took much longer than expected and they didn't want to rush. I appreciated the phone call and also the fact that they wanted to take their time to get the job done right. My job wasn't urgent so it really wasn't an issue. They got to me a few days later which was fine. Job well done....

The workers were very professional. The first time they came in November 2011 to do the job. The team lead realize that the roof had more than one layer of roofing material and it would cost more than what was estimated. After talking with the owner about the increase of the cost, he work out a deal for us. I am giving them a "B" for the price since he had to go back and redo the estimate.

Well the begining was shakey. They were due to start on the may 22 but had to put it off because of rain.

Principals speaks in complete sentences. Use e-mail, workmen have cell phones, use them give info and answer questions. Good communication.

The price seemed reasonable; it was in the ballpark of what everyone else was charging. I liked that I spoke to a person; Charlie got back to me right away and he came out to my house. I told him what I needed and he took pictures of my roof which no one else did. I was very satisfied with that. I have had no problems with the roof at all. They were very professional and they didn’t take up a lot of my time. His people got up the side of my house and I didn’t have to take a day off of work. It was well-organized; I liked that. After he did the work we paid them over the phone with our credit card. They cleaned up after themselves and I didn’t even find a nail. I didn’t talk to an automated person and I didn’t have to wait days and days to hear back from them. I recommended Reiter Roofing to my boss.

The service went very well especially since I have a 3 story house. A lot of them don't do tall houses or slanted roofs or slate or asphalt shingles. They were very responsive and very professional. I would use them again.
