Called for an estimate. They came out , surveyed the roof and skylight and gave me the estimate that evening.

Reiter returned my call promptly, set up a visit, sent an estimate, and completed the job within about 10 days. In fact, another company I had contacted was still trying to setup an initial visit in the same time period. The work was completed as scheduled. When the crew arrived I showed the foreman a problem I had with a rain spout and he was able to provide a quote on the spot (very reasonable) and complete that as work as well. The roof no longer leaks, and rain spout functions perfectly.

They were fine. He came out promptly. They showed up when they said they were going to show up.

The workers were on time, between 6 and 7 am They worked steadily and were finished by late afternoon. My only complaint is that they left debree in my roof's drainage trap,( not sure if that is the correct name), and nails in my driveway that could have caused me to get a flat tire. I had to pick several up. I plan to let them know not to do these things again when they return to do the back roof.

They were fine, professional and nice. But we needed a roof work and a couple of things and another company were able to do it at a better price.

They originally told us they could do the job in a few weeks, but called back a few days later with an opening and a few days after that we had a new roof! (And no more leaks!)

Company performed inspection on my roof when I bought the house. After moving in and during rainstorms, the water was pouring out of the gutter on the opposite side of the downspout with such force that it was leaking into my basement. I called and asked them to come back and inspect and they said that nothing was wrong; that they cleaned my gutter and it would cost me $100. Length of gutter is 15 feet. Problem kept reoccurring.

They were very professional. It was good pricing. I remember thinking the salesman wasn't pushy, which I appreciated. I would use them again.

The charged me for a rain guard that they didn't install. I didn't have anything else wrong with their service. I would give them a B+ if I could

They were very punctual and came back repeatedly without making excuses but as it turns out the leak involved a problem beyond simple roof repair.

Reiter roofing came out, inspected the roof, and gave an estimate. I contacted Reiter roofing the next day and set up a time. The roofers came out when schedules, completed the work, and were on their way. I have not been on top of the roof, so I can only imagine the work was done correctly. No mess afterwards and the company followed up to see that I was satisfied with their work. I will definitely call Reiter roofing again for future roof maintenance.

The quote was for about $400 for roof maintenance. Everybody that I had out said that the roof was fine. They called me back and we made an appointment. The estimate seemed to be in line with everyone that I talked to. I had three or four people come out and look at the roof, but I don't necessarily remember which one was which, but they all were pretty much the same. They took me up above the roof with them and looked around. They went into the areas that might be of possible concern. Every instance seemed to be like; I was contacting the roofer because of a specific problem. We looked at the entire roof instead of one particular problem. They were good. The roof on my house is pretty much brand new, so it was really an irritating problem.

Very well. I thought we needed additional work in a flat roof but was told it was a waste of money.
