Well, they took care of the job and were able to service after two years

I used them years ago & was also recommended to them by a friend. Mr Reiter gave me a price I thought was high but after getting others, I saw it was more than fair. He scheduled the work but it rained that day. They did show up promptly the next nice day with a crew & completed the work in about a week in a neat & clean fashion. I was very impressed with how nice all his men were. Unfortunately, when it came time to pay I found I was a bit short. Mr Reiter graciously agreed I could pay him out over a few months at no additional charge. He is a very nice person. If you want a good experience having your roof conditioned at a fair price, do use Reiter Roofing !!

Do not hire Reiter Roofing. The owner of this business showed up at my front door at 7am, banging, carrying on and ringing the doorbell incessantly, over a bill that had been paid the week prior. (He believed it was outstanding.) It was unhinged, thuggish behavior and frightened my wife – home alone with two young kids at the time because I had left for the office early that day – half to death. You are probably safer with your roofing issue than having this man show up at your home in the early morning banging on your front door and going on about an overdue bill – which, again, had been paid more than a week prior, and for which we received a receipt from the company upon payment. Internal communications issues in the business notwithstanding, it was absurd and dangerous behavior from the owner of this business himself. I’ve shared this story with all of my Philly friends, though my social media channels, and on as many review sites as I can. Stay away at all costs.

They're the best I've ever seen. They looked very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They gave me a low price and even did more than what they charged me for. They were amazing.

The price was fair and they did a good job. I have gotten an estimate from them for something else and it was too expensive. I have to talk to them. The other roof is the same size roof and their estimate is $1000 more. I would go back to them for an estimate, not guarantee that I would use them. Their promptness and how fast they got the job done impressed me the most. It was done right. It was done quickly and the owner was hands on. He came out and showed me the roof. I took pictures of the roof. They are not a fly by night company. I would use them again if the price was right.

It was excellent and the work crew showed up on time. And they didn't leave any building materials or supplies either like some roofers do! I felt there price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

Called them for siding estimate, but they were very rude on the phone and we decided not to use them.

From the first phone call to the onsite evaluation, they were responsive and professional. Given the location of the damage they suspected the neighbor's lower roof, or side of my house, neither of which we had access to at the time. I'd confidently hire them when my roof does need maintenance or repair.

We are so pleased with their work- there was a driving rain last week after the repair and our INSIDE WALL WAS DRY! The supervisor who came out to give us an estimate was great, knowledgeable, and competent- he told me he's never seen a leak that he can't fix. The crew who did the work came back two times to custom fit a replacement sofet, and the office receptionist was a very pleasant, friendly, and efficient asset to their business. I am a big fan of excellence, and would absolutely recommend them for a fair price and quality work.

I asked for an estimate to replace the roof. Received a very fair estimate and a time frame to do the work. The work was completed in the expected time frame. I asked the contractor while they were up on the ladder to look at the cornice which was pulling away from the building in one spot. They tried to fix it with the material they had but weren't able to. They called me and said they had another plan and would come back out to fix. They came back out a week later and fixed the cornice. Not only did they come back out but they didn't charge me for the extra work. Would definitely recommend them.

I would use them again. Hopefully we do not have to. 4 people came out, and it took one day. The workers were all nice and genuine.

They were trying to be very accommodating at first, but one appointment was a no show and I did not get a return call all day. It took a few more tries before everything was finally fixed. Luckily, the subsequent visits after the roof was replaced were free of charge.

The work was great. The company was professional. Some trouble on initial contact.

It was very good. We had problems with scheduling. I liked that they gave me everything in writing up front. I liked that the person that responded to my phone call, seemed knowledgeable, and very good at removing their debris, from someone else's repair, an neighbor. The price was good, they guaranteed the roof for two years. They were good. Sometimes we crossed paths fair. Very punctual.

The work was done timely and professionally. They were responsive throughout the entire process. They showed up on time to do the estimate and did the work exactly when they said they would. I didn't get any more estimates so I'm not actually sure if their price was high or not but it just felt like more than I thought it would be.

As many of the other F ratings, they did not contact me back. I sent an email on Jan 30th to their email address reiterroof@gmail.com asking them if they serviced my area and they never responded, I also included my phone number and no calls either. I read the other reviews where Mr. Reiter gets all upset that someone dare give him and F rating because his company is the greatest, but the F's are adding up bc if you don't have people that do the basics like return calls, emails or show up for an appoint or set a realistic appointment date and meet it, then you deserve an F. It's like if you are this great person in the community and you do all these good things (getting A's all the time) [Redacted], does not matter about all the good things. Mr. Reiter, you need to take responsibility for your staff and that you are not hiring the right people or you are not leading sufficiently or both bc if you have the right people they will make sure the calls/emails coming in are getting addressed. Stop blaming the customers! UPDATE 5-2-17 THEY SAID= We checked our records and our email messages and cannot find any contact with this person. It is quite unfortunate that someone can go on the internet, admit to having no contact with a company and still give them a negative review. Not sure how this person can give us an F in the various categories (Price, Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, Professionalism, etc...) if we had no contact. Or list a work completed date for that matter. No work was done by us for this person. No one from our company ever spoke to or received an email from this person. And we don't do work in Coatesville as it is far outside of our coverage area. This entire situation has us baffled. RESPONSE=When they don't call someone back they give the same canned response blaming the customer and how they are baffled by how someone can leave a bad review. See attached picture, of the email sent also here are the details of the email that shows that their server received the email (but they claim they never got it). Oh and you get an F for everything bc you that is the info one has when you don't respond and blame the customer for your lack of accountability.

The team showed up on time and installed the new roof in one day.

They were very expedient. They weren't the least expensive. They left without telling me they were leaving. I have a four story home and I had no clue they were gone. I thought they were quick, I have had no leaks. I have an older roof that had a bunch of leaks.
