They did a good job. It was completed in a timely manner. They performed the job the same day as the estimate.

I recently moved into this home where a new HVAC system was installed. Reeves roofing was involved in doing the flashing around the unit, however right after I moved in, leaks would occur whenever it would rain. I would contact Reeves to come survey the area and see what could be wrong, but the owner would often suggest a time but then never show up, or give some excuse a few hours before the appointment (mind you, I have to take the time off to meet you so I was most upset about this). Also, just trying to contact him would be a chore, as I would not get a call back until a week later or at all. This would occur on and off for a few months, and eventually I gave up since the leaks were just getting worse and worse. I would think that anyone who was remotely proud of their work would try to help...

Had to follow up a few times via phone to keep in the loop of roofer's jobs scheduled. Other than that, very satisfied with results and costs. Once job was scheduled, it was done in a timely manner. Friendly and courteous workers.

The only complaint was that a roofer fell through my roof, into my bedroom. Since he repaired my ceiling, I guess it was worse for him than it was for me. This company was very responsive and pleasant to work with. It took no extra energy to get them out to do the work or keep them on task. With all of the work that I have been doing on my house, this was the least stressful experience that I have had.
