Victor and work team were courteous and professional. Arrived on-time daily and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of their work and supplies were excellent.

Communication with any service providers has been difficult. I expected more email attention than I received, but calls and texts were returned timely. There was a problem with my floor tile which was caused mostly by DalTile not wanting to work with me, a lowly consumer. They would only sell to contractors, and in the exchange my 2" hexagons became 2" squares. I had to order tile online to fix the problem.

Job went very well. Work done in time frame. Everyone was professional and nice. Had no problems when I asked for changes. Bathroom is beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Everything went so smoothly, In my mind, I had anticipated much more disruption than what happened. 4-15-15 (first day) first set of workers arrived and demo'ed a failing wet bed floor, they chipped out the old concrete, re-leveled everything, put new Plywood and concrete board down for the new tiles, fixed the damaged Toilet Flange, and started the patch in the kitchen. At the end of the first day they even braced and reset the toilet, so we would have use of it for that evening. I was amazed that with everything that had to be done that the demolition and rebuild ONLY took one day, 4-16-15 (day two) was totally dedicated to laying the new tile, I had chosen to go with a wood grain porcelain tile, not only was he a craftsman with the laying of the tile, he was also an artist working with the materials to make the floor look like a wood floor using porcelain, it truly is amazing. 4-17-15 (day three) was the grouting of the floor, with all the wiping and cleaning of the tiles a grout job entails. He even shaved the top of a bathroom door that had never closed properly. I will definitely use them again as a 65year old house has many "Woes" in need of correction. It's hard to find good workmen today, It took me a while to do the research, but I believe I have found one of the best. Thanks A Million guys, I am extremely happy and I can't say Thank You enough!

Arrived on time everyday and worked all day. Kept me informed of daily work and progress. Very friendly and easy to discuss prject kept area clean and organized.

Workers showed up on time every day and briefed my wife and I and the days tasks, and what was to be accomplished that day. At the end of the day they again briefed us on what was completed and what was scheduled for the next day. The amount we paid was for labor only, my wife and shopped, and purchased all of the decorative materials as far as tile, toilet, sink etc, which was perfect. We are completely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. P.S. when we're ready we will hire them to remodel our kitchen.

The guys (Joe & Shawn) came for the first several days & stripped all things out and put in new studs, plumbing fixtures, electrical and sheetrock. Victor & Richie spackled, painted, put in toilet, sink, vanity, cabinet. they also put in the floor. all men did much more work than this.

They never followed up with me. I never heard from them again

At first, they were punctual, and very friendly, and the job they did was beautiful. I was very happy. Within the first month the flooring starting coming up, the grout started coming off, and they said it was because my dog was peeing on the floor. They came back out to fix the tiles that were coming up and did portions of re grouting. The grout was discolored because the man said they didn't re-grout the entire floor due to not having a sufficient amount of grout to do the entire floor. After they fixed the flooring, I went out and immediately bought a gate so the dogs couldn't get in the bathroom at all. After a few weeks the same tiling started resurfacing again so I immediately called and emailed them again, and that's when i asked the owner to come in. The owner told me he trusts his men explicitly and didn't need to come in. It took months for him to give me an appt. to have someone back out, and no one showed up, leaving me waiting for weeks, In November someone was supposed to be here at 8:30 in the morning and ended up not showing up until after 3, when I was already at work. They came in on December 24th and did some more repairs, after this visit before even 24 hours some of the grout was lifting and cracking. I've tried contacting the owner back and sending him pictures but have not received a response at all.

When I initially called Rebath I spoke to Joe who is the owner, I told him what happened to my bathroom and what I was looking to get done with it, he listened to everything I said and he talked briefly about his company and told me his estimator Bill would be out to take a look and give u a price. Bill was a great salesman, he was on time, very courteous and knowledgable about his product. Price was fair but my family decided to go with another contractor. Would recommend them to my family and friends though!!

Installed where very professional on time verynice people jobs us everything step by step wood have them again. Did great job from start to finish.

The job went ok. Thought they were too expensive. Floor was not level and the wood that was to be repaired above the bathroom was not repaired. Not sure if will call them again, but "Maybe" was not a selection that was offered in the question above.

Installers knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. My new bathroom is gorgeous! And you can't beat lifetime warranty.

I haven't done it yet. They won't be doing that until the end of August. The process of getting the quote was very good, and they had very good demeanor. They were very professional. Their prices are very reasonable.

The intial sales part went great, Joe was not pushy and was professional. The workers also did a great job and were very professional.

Two installers showed up and went straight to work. It took less time than I anticipated for everything to be done. Unfortunately, one shelf unit for the shower was the wrong finish, so they came back a few weeks later to finish the install. Overall, great communication. Very responsive and punctual, and overall a very professional job.

Victor and hand was on time and professional, but personable too. The exposure they have is proven in the results. Perfect this team A+++
