Description of Work: One of the things that define a company is not how they handle good cases, but how they handle bad ones. From the beginning, Joe was very professional and answered all of the questions I had. He was responsive throughout the process. However, I expected high quality work from the company from the reviews and the significant price difference vs competitors. Unfortunately, it was not what I received. I had a bathroom remodel during a week I was away and came home very disappointed with the results. The lack of oversight from me and Joe resulted in rushed and sloppy work -- I am still a little concerned about the quality of work underneath. Joe inspected the job afterward, agreed with my concerns, and appropriately apologized. He should have ensured the quality of the work as it was done, but he had personal emergencies to attend do. Unfortunately, as a client I expect to receive what I paid for. He ended up discounting the service, but now I have to get a significant part of the work redone. It is a true shame things did not go well. I would still consider Joe for future work due to his exceptional client service, but would definitely provide need to provide close oversight and inspect work myself throughout the process.

Description of Work: Total bathroom renovation except for painting. Workers were there when they said they would be. Cleaned up the worksite and took debris with them. Very pleased with the work and my new bathroom. Very responsive and worked with me when I experienced issues with items to be installed.

 + 6 moreThis remodel was not an A-typical job. Due to the small size of our bathroom, we decided to have the original tub/shower enclosure removed and replaced with a full size walk in shower. Additionally, we decided to place a double slipper clawfoot tub in the master bedroom, which is adjacent to the bathroom. Joe from Rebath came out took some measurements and in short time had an estimate for us. We needed to secure partial financing and Joe was able to line that up as well. Once all financing was lined up a firm date to start the job was selected. His crew showed up on time every day and worked feverishly to get our one and only bathroom up and running again as soon as possible. simultaneously, the gentleman who was hired to do the window and siding did the same. The tile guy worked with us to create a unique look for us and even had some great ideas for saving us money on the accent tiles. Finally, we opted for a vessel sink with a very unique faucet and did not use a traditional vanity. Joe's crew was able to work with us and create the look we were looking for and came back after completion to make sure that the vanity and marble top we installed was properly secured to the wall. They left my house clean and free of debris after each and every day of work.
Description of Work: Had my bathroom gutted and completely redone. All new greenboard, electrical, plumbing, etc. Also had door and windows removed in master bedroom, replaced with 1 new large window and rear of house re-sided.

 + 2 moreWorkers showed up on time every day and briefed my wife and I and the days tasks, and what was to be accomplished that day. At the end of the day they again briefed us on what was completed and what was scheduled for the next day. The amount we paid was for labor only, my wife and shopped, and purchased all of the decorative materials as far as tile, toilet, sink etc, which was perfect. We are completely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. P.S. when we're ready we will hire them to remodel our kitchen.

 + 4 moreThey were great at sticking with the schedule, and we saw a great amount of progress every day. When they ran into problems, we heard about them immediately and were able to work together to get things rolling again. When the company shipping the plumbing fixtures left the shower kit off the delivery, they had a spare one installed so we wouldn't be without a shower for another weekend. They really were easy to work with.
Description of Work: Complete gut and re-do of our existing main bathroom. New drywall and floor, new tile, new fixtures.
