EXCELLENT!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Top-notch work from a friendly and professional person with an eye to detail! Bob is punctual, trustworthy and efficient. The work included carpentry and painting in repairing water damage to the front and back of my house.

Robert came one day to assess the work. He came back the next day with the supplies and did the work. He is dependable and skilled.

I am kind of neglectful to write a review about Robert because I want to keep his availability open for me but then I realized that would be unfair to him and other potential customers. From the time I contacted him a month ago Robert assured me he would be available on the date I needed him to come and do a bunch of work at one of my rental properties. We kept in touch on a weekly basis and Robert was always friendly and confident he could get all of the work completed in a timely fashion and a reasonable price. Sure enough on the date of service Robert showed up on time and got right to work. He really did a great job and was incredibly efficient. From the front door to the bathroom exhaust fans and everything in between Robert got a lot accomplished in a limited amount of time at a very reasonable price. Because of the plethora of skills Robert possesses it really makes sense for him to be my go to guy when I have several different projects that need to be tackled.

I use him for small things. He's really good. His pricing is reasonable. He's very reliable. He's real nice. He calls me right back right away.

He showed up on time, did what was requested and left the work area clean. The work was done very professionally and made it look like there had not been a hole there. The paint job on the rails looked excellent and was completed quickly and on time.

There was a problem with to the loading dock at my apartment building. I'd reserved the dock, but someone else's truck was blocking access. It took almost 1/2 hour to locate the truck owner and have him move it so that Bob could get to the loading dock and bring his tools and the material up to my apartment. He did not charge me for the extra time this took. We had discussed using wide slats placed close together vs. 2 large plywood boards. The slats would be easier to handle, and the functionality would be the same either way. Bob ended up using his discretion and made 2 plywood boards, because the cost would have been much higher for the slats. Bob used finish-grade plywood, which is beautiful on both sides, and is smooth on every edge. The timing could not have been better. Bob and his work were thoroughly professional. He was pleasant and kept me informed as his work progressed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to fellow members of Angie's list and to my friends and neighbors.

Robert Black was just what I needed., a workman who called when he said, was punctual, courteous, friendly, and professional. Things were done in an efficient manner and everything was done well. He is knowledgeable about many things and affordable. I would definitely use him again, recommend him to friends and family.

Robert is available by phone in the evening. He advised that he would call to let me know when he could come, which he did. He came on time and proceeded to complete the work in a professional and quality way, and cleaned up afterward.

he was on time, worked quickly, was polite and very nice. he even took my cousin to the post office on the way home - my cousin is on crutches.

RDB Home Improvements was prompt, he is affordable, he does quality work and everything has been working since he came and he is dependable. He can do pretty much anything you need done around the house.

He was wonderful He came when I wasn't home and that was great. He didn't bill me for weeks. I had to call him to pay him.

Bob is reliable, prompt, pleasant, clearly and patiently explains everything he plans to do. I will definately use him again.

Mr. Black 's work is impeccible. He always looks for a way to save you money and will do the smallest of jobs. I have used him for several years, and anythink he fixes is fixed to stay. Also, he comes quickly and works quickly and at hours convenient to the working person.

He asked questions to make sure I thought my decisions through (but he didn't try to sway me). He called from the supply store to let me knwo what was available and how much it would cost. He installed the toilet quickly and with virtually no mess! He even made a follow-up visit (at my request) to adjust it and check out something else in the bathroom (which didn't end up needing attention.) He is quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I would totally use him again!

I didn't think that it could be fixed, but he did the best we could. He wasn't able to do his best because the damage was so bad, but it turned out nice and the price was great. They were excellent. I can't say enough about them!

Bob did a great job. He came out to give me an estimate within 48 hours and then called several times to let me know what the cost of the windows would be after checking with his supplier. The windows were ordered and as soon as they came in, Bob installed them on a Sunday.

They did an outstanding job. They did get right back to us, and they were prompt in arriving to do the work. They were professional, and they cleaned up very well after the jobs they did.

He does beautiful work. He is a very nice guy. He answers your calls as soon as he can and he will call you back as soon as he can. He is very trustworthy. We can call him anytime. His fees are very good.

It went wonderfully. He did the work over two days and arrived when he said he would and throughly reviewed my list and explained the work he completed. He fixed things I thought were hopeless! Overall the price was worth it!

Very punctual. The quality of work is excellent. All furniture was placed back at the end of the job. Everything was clean and tidy. Robert gave suggestions when I asked. He was a perfect gentleman. I would absolutely use his services again. He also did some electrical work for me. And that went perfectly as well.

I have many many books that they removed from the book shelves and then put them back up when the job was finished. They were good about dealing with someone who can't do a lot.

Bob was wonderful! I called him on a Monday afternoon and the work was completed by Thursday evening. He even made a courtesy call to me on Friday to make sure I was satisfied with the work he did. He was reasonable and very polite. I found the recommendations on this site very helpful and agree that he was as good and efficient as everyone stated.

I've left 2 messages & have never received a call back.

I'll use him again. He was completely honest, not the cheapest, but he did top-rate work
