Ram was highly recommended, so I called, a young man Brandon, came and inspected and tested for mold. He gave me a great price. We agreed on a date and time. He was there on time, cleaned all the black mold, checked again to make sure all mold was gone. Replace the drywall. Went way and above cleaning up. He is coming back next week to clean my air ducts. I will recommend Ram to My family and friends. Great job, very polite young man.

I hired RAM Environmental to remove mold from my basement. They came to my house to do an inspection and gave me an estimate within 24hrs. They were professional, clean and organized from the start. When I moved into my home the air ducts needed to be cleaned. RAM was recommended to me and they came right out. They made sure to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable. I hired Ark Environmental to Redo my bathroom. It was already demoed, the Vanity was already installed. So Ark Environmental's agreed to: Install floor tiles, shower tiles, all water Faucets, Install Vanity Mirror and light, and prime and paint all walls. They started on 6/29/15 and worked 4 days and Owner Brandon Lohr got sick missing a week of work. Returned week later worked 1 day and never showed up the next 2 days/no explanation why. Last day he worked he ran out of my house WITHOUT ANY FINAL INSPECTION. This is what they left me with. [ At no time did they ever put down a tarp or protect , my hardwood floors, my AC &Heat vents[ esp the INTAKE VENT ] nor the new HD TV and Cable box. Ive lost the Picture and Sound 3 times since they have left So my AC & Heat unit is covered with White White Tile and drywall dust mostly in the AC coil. The Hardwood floor Cracks are filled with aforementioned DUST. I cant get it out. My outside Patio floor was painted about 2 weeks before they came They did all their prep work there, the Paint job is now ruined covered with Adhesives glue's and Mastic.This white dust is all over Walls and Tables,Sofa & Chair, practically everything in my freshly painted Condo. Im getting estimates for all this cleanup. A contractor said your hard wood floor is ruined. The Bathroom situation is: Failed to install Face plates on electrical outlets, Improperly uneven installed tiles, grout missing in Shower and outside shower. Grout where it shouldn't be. White and blue paint overlapping, Were Vanity was connected to water pipe is filthy with white dust.The shower curtain was installed almost 2" outside the shower base. No Vanity knobs were installed on drawers or doors. Im looking at a huge cleanup. I called owner 15 minutes after they left , he didn't respond. I texted him 5-6 times he responded to one text. At that point i didn't want them back after going over the sloppy incomplete bathroom.I dont trust him. Im sick now every time i use the AC unit this white aforementioned TILE and DRYWALL dust is causing breathing problems and coughing, interfering with my sleep. Any one employing Ark Environmentals , well i wish you luck your going to need it. Im looking at a huge mess. I might add Home Advisor contacted him the week of the 27th to get him to respond to the situation here at my Condo, he never responded to me. I DONT want him to come back here. But I want him to send a CLEANUP Company here to fix this mess. If anyone hires him i pity them. My situation is far from over.

They were very prompt before they got my business. But they did not do a thorough job. So when I called them back, they asked me to send pictures of what needed to be completed. i did. After that, I have not heard from them. I left repeated messages. After they got the money, they are not responding. Lousy professionals. Now I have to finish the job myself. Never hire them and if you do, withhold payment until you are satisfied.
