Description of Work: Our condo complex had the roof done 3 to 4 years ago and was under warrantee. We have had several leaks recently so I called to have him come out. I understand that not everything is under warranty but I could not even get a call back. What good is a warranty if the roofer refuses to return calls ?

+ -1 moreHe specializes in roofing, siding and metal work. He was very friendly, arrived each morning on time and was very self driven to get the work done perfectly and on time. I am currently working on a massive remodel and have worked with many different contractors and craftsman. Dave's skill, passion and quality work has really made an impact on me. Additionally, I have a roof leak and was worried that I might have to replace the slate. I had Dave check it out and he found that the slate is in great condition it does not need to be replaced, but a piece of the flashing does. He could have made a great deal of money if he had told me that I needed new slate, but instead he was honest and told me what needed to be done to correct the issue. I highly recommend Dave to anyone who has a roofing, siding or capping job.
Description of Work: Dave came out to replace the capping on all of my front windows. I live in an older house with very detailed capping and needed an expert craftsman to do the job.
