David Laflamme, the "owner" of the company, was never on site and they worked about 2 days a week maximum. He is a very smooth talker and knows enough to sound like he will do the proper paperwork and complete the job. He kept making excuses and it took him 3 months just to install the framing and the rough work done, which was all done incorrectly. He did pull permits but he did not pay any of his subcontractors to complete the work. He was very hard to get a hold of. We would call him at least twice a day and would reach him once out of every 3 days. The work was never completed and I had to switch contractors after giving him every chance possible. He went 3 months over schedule on a project that should have taken 3 months. In the span of 6 months, he only completed the back roof, the required framining, and shotty rough mechanical work. He tends to move state to state and con people out of money and then he leaves. Please be very aware if you meed him. He comes from Florida/Georgia.
