Description of Work: This excellent real estate company is handling a short sale of my investment property in Philadelphia. They have been working with me since September 2012 and we should reach settlement some time this month (January 2013). I have dealt primarily with the agent, Kirk Waechter, and Diana Solivan, Client Coordinator. Kirk has been wonderful throughout this transaction, totally supportive and knowledgeable. I feel a great sense of relief working with him. Diana Solivan, also wonderful as Client Coordinator, is very helpful and understanding and she has such a lovely, caring and pleasant personality. Their Short Sale Department has done a great job as well. There were voluminous documents that were sent to me to complete and the bank needed to request more and more info and documents as the transaction progressed. Many email communications, fax transmissions of documents, and telephone calls between the parties have been ongoing since the outset. Kurt Waechter and his staff have been on top of all of it throughout the entire transaction.

 + -1 moreWere we of the Catholic faith, we'd nominate Ame Goldman for sainthood! Ame was so patient with us through what turned out to be one of the most arduous home searches and transactions ever. No matter how crazy anything got - and there were moments - Ame was there for us. We'd describe the whole adventure here but it would scare even the most stalwart investors. Ame was truly our advocate and helped us navigate some treacherous waters, ultimately resulting in a wonderful home for us. We are truly appreciative of her efforts and grateful that even in heels and a lovely dress, she braved the downpour on the day of our move to schlep boxes and make settlement happen. Ame, you're awesome - thank you!!!
