They were very helpful, they were helpful. They went out of their way to be helpful. We chose not to get additional service and that is why we appreciated that they took a professional feel to what was going on. They were helpful in allowing us to come to conclusion that we didn't need the professional services for the level of mold damage that we had. I would like other Angie's List members to know that they are honest, courteous and they will not intent on over selling us.

I paid $250 for $500 worth of service. The work was good. It was satisfactory. I did have to discuss it further with the contractor about how much money I would do. We went back and forth. He asked for an additional $250 to make up the $500. I went back to the summary of the deal. We finally agreed that I did in fact buy $500 worth of service for $250. There was a little misunderstanding on his part. The work itself was fine.

My experience with Professional and Classic Basement Waterproofing was absolutely a 5 star experience. Charles and his crew were extremely professional from start to finish. Charles' knowledge and experience in his field shone through. I recieved several estimates and was most impressed with Professional and Classic's plan for my basement as well as their very fair price. The crew worked efficiently, and in a timely matter. I was shocked at how clean and neat they were throughout the entire job. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would use this company again as well as refer them to my family and friends.

Everything is great. I love not having to worry about water in my basement. The drain is neat and professionally installed. It looks great. We also had a few cracks in our foundation fixed.
