Eric is a lot more expensive for used appliances but he claimed he was service oriented and worth the extra money. Altho he was punctual initially, there were mis-billings where I was charged for repairs that were under warranty and it was always complicated dealing with him. After giving him a second chance, there were more issues and complications with him. Currently, he has avoided responding to repairs for under his warranties and gave me another issue on an appliance that was delivered and stopped working immediately. That was enough hassle for me
