+ -1 moreThe owner ( Sam ) was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He explained all that needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely fashion, I was very pleased. + -1 more30 seconds after entering information into Angie's list my phone rang. After describing available products and accessories I wanted, Mr. Halprin set up times and arranged for the work to be done the next day. Two installers arrived (Saturday) not just on-time, but about 20 minutes early! That never happens! The men worked quickly, quietly, and removed all boxes, parts, and cleaned up very professionally. Everyone involved was pleasant and very professional. Thanks for the great product and great work!

+ -1 moreThey called immediately the evening I placed a request in at Angie's List. They came at 7:30AM the next day as requested. Sam was very polite, professional, and skillful. He had it fixed within an hour and I was able to go to work as planned.
