Their responsiveness was excellent. They came the same day I called them. I believe they might use sub contractors because the truck that came to the site had a different company name. Their price was high. If you use them, make sure you get other estimates. The weather was damp, but they still got up on my roof and repaired it. I have not had any leaks since. My roof did come with a 15 year warranty; however, they do require an inspection after 3 years.
