 + -1 moreWe used them because they guaranteed their work. They had a lot of information to share about roofs in general when we were looking together at the different things that were going on. They were timely and professional. The only thing I didn't like was for me I like to think about it more but they kind of said they could do it that day for $460. At that point I was kind of on the spot and I'm not necessarily the money person so I felt a little bit pressured but at the same time the guarantee of the work beat from the other quotes I had already gotten.
Description of Work: We used Philly Restorations & Construction to reseal the chimney.
