Don’t bother with this company unless you have no standards and aren’t concerned about incurring permanent damage to you house with no recourse. Don’t believe their promises on their website or their administrative staff over email. 1 - their website is full of lies and 2- anything you communicate with the company over email somehow never translates to action with the cleaners who visit your house. Also it seems they are changing/ updating their info on BBB to prevent complaints/ reviews from being visible. Specifics of why this is a horrible sham company and I regret ever reaching out to them: They send a different staff person every time, even when you ask them to send the same person, and each person does things differently. If you have special instructions of any kind (which they request you document in your forms), that information will not get to their staff when they clean your house. Anything you communicate to the company over email basically goes in one ear and out the other. Shoe policies - a cleaning company should have a specific shoe policy like not wearing outdoor shoes inside or using shoe covers. I talked to every staff person who came to our house about this, as they all did things differently. I communicated about this over email multiple times, the company says one thing and it means nothing in practice. I live in a no shoes house, so the idea of someone coming in here, especially to clean, bringing Philly nasty germs into my house is disgusting. It’s beyond absurd that this was a constant issue from day 1 of dealing with them. They are not able to keep track of your agreements and schedule. I planned an end of the month monthly cleaning, and because I changed the March date to April 1st, they neglected to schedule an end of April cleaning. This resulted in my dealing with their low comprehension level and having to spell out what should have been their responsibility to keep track of. Last but far from least - the last person to come in here, I did not speak to about the vacuum situation - another lie. On their site they say provide your own vacuum. I did, and one that is specifically safe for wood floors. Each cleaning person brings their own vacuum so with each cleaning person I had to talk to them about the wood floors. The last person who came I did not review this aspect, as I have stuff to do and guiding someone through my house every month is not how I should have to spend my time when hiring a cleaning company. That was a mistake, as this person scratched the ever loving heck out of my floors resulting in permanent damage and will require floor refinishing. I immediately contacted the company and they said they would bring it to higher ups, basically just ghosted me. Who knows if they actually have insurance, but they wont be using it to resolve any damage to your property they incur.

I tend to keep a fairly clean household, but I like to employ a cleaning service on a monthly, or bi-monthly basis in order to clean all of the cracks and crevasses that my amateur cleaning skills do not allow me to reach. Generally speaking, this can create the opportunity for cleaning services to gloss over my house, giving everything just a quick once over and calling it a day. That ABSOLUTELY was not the case with PMG. Having used a variety of cleaning services over my adult lifetime, they were absolutely the most detail-oriented and thorough that I've ever encountered. I could not recommend PMG more. Two cleaners arrived promptly at the scheduled cleaning time. This was particularly laudable as the streets in my neighborhood can at times be somewhat confusing and parking can occasionally be difficult. The fact that PMG allotted for this difficulty without forewarning on my part automatically led me to believe that I was dealing with individuals with the utmost degree of professionalism. The two cleaners who arrived were, friendly, pleasant, and cheerful. They asked a few quick key questions and they got right to work. They moved with a tremendous pace, but were obviously not neglecting even a square inch of any surface. I was particularly impressed with the sheen they were able to give my stove top and range. All floors looked perfect, there was not a speck of dust in sight, all fixtures and handles were perfectly shined. Simply put, I cannot recommend PMG enough. The cleaning was effectively perfect.

We just had the apartment cleaned by PGM last week. The cleaning woman arrived promptly and went straight to work. She was friendly as well but not overly talkative. Perfect experience. I have 2 dogs and a master bedroom. She immediately went to work on the upstairs bedroom and bath. Did an excellent job and took her time making sure everything was properly sanitized (everything already "appeared" clean). Vacuumed her way out and left no footprints. I have a fetish for freshly vacuumed carpet. Cleaned the stairs and then started on downstairs bathroom, and kitchen. Great attention to detail!!!! The natural essential oils they use was refreshing and the entire place smelled like lavender! I have a couple of banjo's that haven't been unpacked and she (after asking) dusted the cases and instruments before carefully returning them to their cases. Very impressed top to bottom. Will definitely be using them for regular housekeeping! A+!!!!!
