Description of Work: The owner Dwayne since my last review has called my phone so many times I stopped counting. Threatening to try to get me fired, physical violence against me, and vandalizing the property where he did work. So to re-cap Stopped showing up to the job and walked away with 2200$ Smoked weed and drank on the job site. Harassed and threatened me after Angie's list posting was made. That's an F in my book

This was a terrible experience. After repeated attempts to contact this contractor and get resolution, a report was sent to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office of Contractor Consumer Affairs and they sent a letter Dwayne Yost. He refused to respond. The only recourse would be filt suit which would cost even more money. Dwayne Yost was reported to the Internal Revenue Service for investigation since a 1099-M form for the $8,000 was not prepared for the uncompleted job. He is currently under investigation for this unreported income as well as other consumer rip-offs.
Description of Work: Dwayne Yost, of Philly's Finest Framing and Drywall was hired to repair the windows and other structures on a porch. He was given a deposit of $8,000 to buy materials and then he didn't show up to do the work. This guy is a thief........never, never, never use him because he will rip you off.
