I would like to follow up on the grade you gave our company You purchased a maintenance Package for 149.00 at the time of purchase I responded to you and let you no our availability! Which at the time you had ask for a different date Do to your job! You had ask for Sep 15 ! I called the day before to confirm and also the day of app to let you no workers are on there way! At the time of inspection The workers sealed up a few things and also Caulk a window that you had told them you were having problems with! At No extra cost to you! Also workers showed pictures of the roof and you were told you need a roof replacement! At that time you ask for a quote! In which our office sent you through Email! What I'm trying to say is. Our company went above and beyond for you because that's what we do for All our Customers! I'm just not sure why you gave us an F for pricing and a D over all! Again Thank you! Have a Great day! Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for 11:00am. I am not staying in my home due to pipes bursting. I arrived at my home at 10:53 exactly. I did see a blue truck turning from the area as I was turning onto the street before my house. I was told by contractors that the roofer came and left when told I was not there. I called the company at 10:59 and was told they had other appointments and could not wait.I feel that they could have called me prior to leaving and again it was not 11:00 yet. I feel this was unprofeesional and they did not want my business. I am in the process of contracting with another roofer found on your list.

When setting up appointment with you The time was between 10 and 11 Our estimated has to have a window to get to one place to another Your contractor said you were not gonna be there! You called the office and was informed that the estimated would come right back you said you didn't want him to. That you were gonna call Angie's list and write a bad review!
