It went well. They were detailed in how the process would go. Set up a prompt date and replaced our roof promptly in less than 4 hours. They showed us pictures of the new roof and were going to send us pictures but did not send them. However, we did not try to contact them again for the pictures

Everything went well, and it was a good experience. The company responded quickly when I called to schedule, its price was slightly lower than two other companies thanks to an Angie's List discount, and it did a good job with the repairs. Furthermore, I really appreciated their follow up call to ensure I was happy with the work.

Showed up on time and quoted a very fair price to make some minor fixes to the roof.

Nothing. The gentleman who came out to give me an estimate didn't even have a ladder to get out on my roof. He gave me his card and promised to call me back and never did.

Two new roofs were installed, and one of the roofs had a deck that needed to be removed, and rebuilt. The rebuilt deck was nicer than the original, and the work was done in a timely, professional way. So far, neither roof has leaked. All the people I've dealt with there have been nice, and professional and good communicators. My calls were always returned and there was almost always a call from them to tell me when the crew would be arriving.

The provider called the following day after purchase and said he does not service my area and just to request to cancel deal. He was courteous on the phone.

John and his team were responsive, timely and efficient. I have never owned a home before, and John took the time to explain to me the issues with my fiberglass roof and offer suggestions about how best to stop my leaks. I have recommended them to my neighbors and family members.

It was great. He was friendly and very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me some good estimates on what it would cost to replace my roof. I would definitely use him again.

So far so good. I have no way to actually check the roof.

They wouldn't perform the inspection do to raining day, they told me that they will reschedule, but until now I didn't heard back from them.

Everything went extremely well. John and his crew came out took care of business & I have not had a leak since. I have already scheduled another estimate for more work. It was truly a seamless transaction.

They did a good job on the painting, but the cement work was less than stellar. Their price was good, professionalism was on the fence. I was okay with the job that they did. The interaction with them was fine, they came when they said they would. They were not as professional as I would have liked them to be, they had to keep running to the store, they didn't have all the material they needed, and they left a little paint on the floor.

The service was prompt and professional. The worked in the freezing cold to chip away the ice dam on my roof and replaced the down spouts.

My experience with them was good. There were some price changes, but I do not think it was malicious. The clean up was good. There were no issues.

Looks great. A lot of work repairing old plaster. Replaced living room ceiling with wallboard and added ceiling fans (extra cost).

Excellent job. Worked with me to get the best plan resulting in a much improved layout. Added decorative tiles to ceramic floor.

Excellent work. He made a follow-up visit to check on the roof and fixed one area to prevent pooling. The roof's held up all winter with no leaks.

John Garrison is incredibly responsive and very easy to deal with. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly.

The did an excellent job from what I can tell. We called with a follow up concern and they came out the same day to address the issue, which turned out to be unrelated to the roofing job. John and his crew were friendly and professional.

They rushed and were suppose to do an entire inspection and fix the chimney flashing. Rushed and just calked. Was there 15min. Expected more from them. They said they would come back and do a proper flashing when they got the material. But I dont want to pay the min service charge for them to come back out. That is why I bought Angies List deal...so they would do the flashing at time of service with roof inspection. Now they have a min $200+ service fee.

I ended up not using the deal and it was not because of the company. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and was quick to get me an appointment.
