Description of Work: Very responsive and professional. Replaced my roof with a new rubber roof. He also completed plumbing services very quickly and was on time and adaptable to my tenants' schedule. He also completed repairs to the dry wall caused by water damage. I would definitely use Phillips again.

Installed new shingles, repaired drains and gutters and installed new skylight window Professionalism was great, we had to reschedule several time due to weather, but they alawys call to let us know. provided before and after picture of all work completed. I would highly recomend them. and I thought the pricing was extremely fair.

Description of Work: Did a 2-layer rip-off of my "A" roof,and same to an attatched flat roof(1 layer). Installed lifetime architectural shigles on the "A",and a torch-down on the flat. Our house is 160 yrs old,so there were some extra problems that John(the boss) fixed at no extra charge! I now have them coming back to do a flat foof on another section of the house,and they gave me a very fair price on that. I'll give them a A-plus!

Description of Work: I bought a $99 Phillips Home Improvement spring roof maintenance deal. Among other things as promised, verbatim, in their own wording of the deal: This offer includes: Resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans, vents and chimney flashing on up to four penetrations. Check for interior leaks that may not be noticeable from the exterior of your home. Photos of other areas in need of repair. Areas of concern, if any, will be brought to the home owners attention. Summary report will be provided to each homeowner, and if needed a professional plan of action will be provided. Their representative came out to my property and did absolutely nothing in the way of maintenance or work as outlined in the deal. When I talked to them on the phone afterwards, I was told that any work done on this deal was for a property of two stories or less and my property is three stories. The deal stated no such thing. So, essentially, all I received from their $99 deal was nothing but an estimate for some future work, to the tune of about $1500. The only reason that I'm not giving an F grade is that my complaint about this situation was resolved in an expeditious manner with Angie's List customer service and I was promised that I would be receiving my full refund back from this deal.

Description of Work: We were having a leak from the roof. Phillips came out within the day that we initially called them, actually within hours, gave an estimate and started work the very next day. They were on time, fast and did all that they said they would do. I would use them again in the future, as well as recommend them.

Description of Work: Because this company already had an A rating, but few reviews, I thought that I should give them a try along with others of like ratings! They were prompt and efficient; and obviously beat out the other competition upon giving an estimate, and then doing the job!I had a small leak on one section of my roof. Phillips LLC was there the next morning working to repair and seal all of my roof.I definitely would use them again when and if needed. In fact, I thinking about doing further work with them!
