 + -1 moreIt was a brand new appliance, they didn't replace it or fix it honestly it was a horrible experience. It was awful. The problem was never resolved. They came out here three times because it never got better so I kept putting in complaints. They were here 30-45 minutes each time. There was only one worker and he was fine but he just never fixed the problem. I think they need to make better quality appliances or make them work.
Description of Work: The dishwasher would not heat up, the soap would not dissolve, they repaired it.

Description of Work: I set up a date for service. Serviceman calls 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. Tells me he dose not have part. |I cancelled. I drove to Willow Grove parts store and purchased part and installed it myself. Even thought I have back and Knee problems. |Will NEVER buy GE again if this the service they provide. |PVB
