I drop everything, drive to the property, and receive a phone call that the technician moved on. Then I received a $60 charge from the call center. These frauds need to be reported to the authorities.

Mixed feelings. I didn't realize that Philadelphia Dishwasher Repair was a call center who puts you in touch with an individual repairman. You are under contract with the repairman, not Philadelphia Dishwasher Repair. In my case, the company matched me with an individual who came out to my house to "fix" my problem. Everyone was professional, prompt, etc. However, the repair was not 100% finished. When I called PGR to ask if he could come back to fix again, they advised me that I was under warranty with him (the repairman) not the company itself. They put a call into him, but that was all they could do except put me in touch with another repairman at extra cost to myself. I have called the actual repairman directly, but he is not returning my calls. For this reason, I would not recommend them.
