Robert installed a new rooftop antenna in the Spring of 2019 , and it was a real pleasure meeting him and seeing a true craftsman at work. We have very tall trees in the line of site between our house and the broadcast antennas, and Robert worked tirelessly to find the optimal placement on the roof. He experimented with different antenna options, signal booster vs not, and fine adjustments in the antenna direction to ultimately optimize the setup. I am grateful for his dedication and helping us to get off the Comcast train and enjoying free over the air signals in HD!

Robert Watson was very professional in installing my antenna. He actually steered me away from an RCA/ wineguard and suggested I get an antenna with more elements to be able to pick up more signals. He could have installed it and then come back later to charge for another visit but he said it would be better to start with a good antenna. His knowledge of antennas and where to point the antenna to get the best reception is great and he did a great job explaining all the ins and outs of how to know if you are getting the best possible signal. On the day that he installed the antenna, Robert was great about asking whether to install more lines in the house or whether to wait until the next day to finish the job. I appreciated the feedback. Let me begin by saying that we are very, very happy with both the work as well as the workmanship. On the minus side, Robert and his assistant arrived somewhat late on the first day. Also the project took somewhat longer than expected. Robert had to return to finish up the sound bar installation. On the plus side, Robert made absolutely certain that the job was done correctly. We very much appreciate his professionalism and conscientiousness.
