Description of Work: Phil repaired the rotten wood in an exterior door frame. He replaced the seal along the bottom of the door. He did a very professional and thorough job.

 + -1 moreThe carpenter worked well with my plumber. They met together at the job and they talked on the phone a number of times to coordinate and plan this job. The carpenter had to replace the rotten joists. The bathtub was not properly supported and the plumbing was in the wrong place. The carpenter fixed the supports for the bathtub. The carpenter worked with the plumber so that the plumber could fix the plumbing so that it was done properly. The carpenter sheet rocked the hole in the ceiling where all this work was done. The carpenter was pleaseant, planned the job ahead and was able to do the job efficiently. He left the job sight clean.
Description of Work: Replaced rotten joists and built structural support for a bathtub not properly supported.

 + 0 moreExperience was very good. He was on time and did the work at a great price. He helped us when no one else would take such a and quot;smalland quot; job. He usually does bathrooms, decks , kitchens, etc, but felt bad that no one would fix the roof for us.
Description of Work: We had damage to a small area on our roof, which led to a leak in 2 small rooms, and the drywall was also water damged and needed to be replaced. Called several roofers who could not be bothered to do such a small job. Called Mr. Caiazzo He was professional, on time, and finished the job in 1 1/2 days, replacing the flashing on the roof and the dry wall
