Showed up at the scheduled time. Did a great job cleaning the furnace and vents.

Not thrilled with this company. They said they'd send someone between 9 and 12. I was having a friend come over to let the technician in because I had to work. I get a call at 8:40 from Peters asking where I am because the technician is there early. I told them they said he would show up at 9:00 at the earliest and they seemed annoyed with me, which was frustrating. My friend showed up at 9:00 as scheduled. My friend says the technician was nice and explained a lot of stuff to him about what was wrong with my heating unit, so that's good. BUT, I had scheduled a cleaning and for the unit to be fixed, and when I got home the unit was neither fixed nor cleaned. On top of that, there was a bill for $210 that my friend paid with a check I had left him. $210 for an estimate? A note said that someone would call me with the estimate, but no one did. After 2 days I called them and now they tell me they can't even give me an exact estimate because they charge per hour. WHAT?

They were wonderful from beginning to end. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The technician was the same. He was prompt and thorough and took the time to point things out to me and tell me what to look for in the future. Great overall experience!

It was easy to get an appointment. They showed up exactly on time. They spent enough time on the roof that I know they did a complete cleaning job. They did not make any mess around the house. I forgot what I paid but I do not remember it being high.

After the initial work, I called Peters for another estimate, this one to fix a dead radiator. They did not return my call so I initially gave them a negative rating on the list. Their representative called to apologize and they sent an estimator out the next day. Apparently their normal receptionist was out sick the day I called and the request got lost. The estimator was very polite, thorough and professional. Ironically, in the mean time the problem with the dead radiator self corrected, probably because the new recirculation pump finally caused the blockage to break through. I have corrected the original rating with an A overall rating although I believe they are a bit pricey, I would use them again if I needed to.

The technician arrived a few minutes early, and was very friendly. I chose Peters because the previous owner had used them regularly to service the furnace and A/C. I had not had anything done since I moved in (1.5 years), and wanted to get everything cleaned and checked before the winter. The service was great. He showed me exactly what he had done, how my system was working, and what I needed to do to maintain it. In addition, he fixed a couple of small problems for a little less than I expected.

Everything was perfect. The service man was extremely friendly. He called me 15 minutes before they came at the exact time we agreed upon. He did a very complete job cleaning and adjusting the furnace, fixed the duct where the filter would not fit in, repaired the water leak, and put in a new filter.

Came within 4 hours of a phone call, fixed the pressure problems with the boiler, did a full service, and explained in detail how it all worked. Very professional and helpful.

Peters Associates are great. They appear to have a lot of business, and I expect it's because their work and their support are as solid as their preliminary estimates. We called to get our furnace serviced, and the technician who visited our house found several problems with our 25-year-old system. He spent over an hour diagnosing problems but couldn't service the equipment, since it was basically unsafe and due for replacement. Peters has given us credit for the visit, so that we didn't pay for service work that wasn't done. They followed up with several estimates, spending considerable time on the phone with me for each and always providing clear, professional information and advice. I am happy to join the chorus of praise for this company, even though we have chosen a different contractor to do the work. We will continue our service contract with Peters. A bit pricey in the estimate, but I've found that high price in this matter corresponds to quality business.

From start to finish, I was extremely pleased with the service. The initial visit went very well. All of my questions were answered. I did not want to wait for the proposal to be mailed to me. The gentleman came to my home with the proposal to be signed and picked up my deposit check. The men who installed the furnace were very helpful in answering all of my questions. They placed drop cloths down to protect my carpeting. They made sure I knew how to set the programmable thermostat. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for the referring this company to me.

I was impressed with the consultation and he took his time. It took about 2 weeks to receive the estimate and we were in a rush because it was getting colder.

Excellent service from beginning to end, both professional and detailed. Service man was confident, I felt like I got great service for a fair price. He did not waste time, was in and out and left service record and report for my file and tagged furnace.

Called Peters and associated on a Tuesday to have someone come out and look at my AC which stopped working. I explained to them that I had to work but and I could meet them on my lunch break at 1pm but they had to be on time We agreed for the following day. Amy, I think her name was, was real nice. I received a call about 20 minutes before 1pm, stating Frank, the service guy was on his way. He didn't arrive till 1:15. Before he arrived I called to find out where he was and while I was on the phone he showed up. He apologized for being late explaining that he ended on a dead end street. He was real polite. He checked condenser and initially as soon as he touched it it turned on. He said he didn't want to get to involved as the time and labor would cost money. Then the condenser shut off and wouldn turn on again. He checked everything then figure that it was the thermostat. He changed wire and changed filter. He was informative and polite. I would use this company again.

Amazing! Helpful, friendly, thorough and informative. They did a great job. I based my decision to use Peter's Associates after reading the reviews on Angie's list, I was not disappointed.

A representative was happy to explain everything he was doing to me. It's mostly a cleaning job that one could probably do themselves, but it's worthwhile to have a professional look at it. They offer various service plans at relatively reasonable prices. I'm expecting them back in the spring to clean and examine my AC unit.

Peters Associates Ltd's experience was very pleasant. I called on Monday with my inquiry and Jennifer, the gal who answered the phone, was more than friendly and accommodating. I was able to make an appointment for the following afternoon. The labor rate was stated on the phone, so I had some idea of the price involved in the service. After a phone call letting me know the technician would be arriving in a half of an hour, Tom (the technician) promptly arrived. His work was very thorough, neat, and his demeanor was great, both professional and friendly. FYI, as of 7/2006, the labor rate was $99 for the first hour and $22.50 for every hour thereafter.

He is a very pleasant man and is very thorough.

Excellent service. Serviceman climbed onto a roof to service two of the central a/c units. He seemed very knowledgeable and polite, and didn't try to push for additional unnecessary work.

I have had a yearly service with Peters for a couple of years and have always been pleased with their quality of service. The technician that installed the humidifier was prompt, courteous and cleaned up after the installation. They also created a new vent opening to insert our air filter, which was previously in a very difficult spot to get to. They did this service for free.

Gave a competitive estimate within a week, started the job within 2 weeks, the 2 man crew showed up ON TIME, EVERY day, were pleasant and knew what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves and removed all their garbage, serviced the system promptly for free when I ran into a problem with it (Due to my own fault!) I'm hiring them for my next job.

MY SMALL HOUSE'S AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. ED EPPINGER, OF PETERS, GOT IT IN ORDER. THE ALARMING NEWS FROM HIM WAS THAT MY 12 YEAR OLD SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FOR $5719.

HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD. VERY NICE, POLITE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. PRICE IS FOR THE BRONZE PLAN, TWICE A YEAR SERVICING.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING. I HAVE USED THEM FOR THE PAST 2 YRS. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. IF THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE THERE AT 8:15 THEY WILL BE THERE AT 8:15.

TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME. PERFORMED WORK WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION. ORDERED PARTS WERE RECEIVED QUICKLY AND INSTALLED. QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED THOROUGHLY.
