I was very pleased with the response from Jamar. He went above and beyond in his cleaning services.

It’s a team of three women and it usually takes them two to three hours to do our house. They are very friendly. They try to send out the same people or at least the same team leader for each cleaning, so there’s somebody there who knows you’re house and gets to know you’re house, and the issues with you’re house. So that’s very good and you get to know the people. They know you and you’re habits. They know where it’s dirty and what needs to be worked on. I love having them. The price is very good. Sometimes there are things which are not under their control. I think that they try to be punctual. Sometimes they do come late and sometimes they run late. I understand that. Sometimes things don’t go according to the schedule. When they’ve been late sometimes, the communication wasn’t always there. There have been times when we haven’t been completely clear on the schedule and I was not called. They know what they are doing and they have all their supplies. They know how to use their supplies. The team leader knows about the chemicals that they use. I would use their services again in the future.
