 + -1 moreWe hired these guys to do the lawns at two properties this Summer. They had some issues getting started, but gave us a free cut to make up for it. After that they were mostly on schedule for about 6 weeks. However, they tried to bill us for 2 months in advance in June. We were only willing to do 1 month in advance because they hadn't always been 100% on time. Good thing, too! They still owe us a cut for June. We have not seen them in 3.5 weeks at this point and our lawn looks like a jungle. We reached out via phone, text and facebook. We got a response last week that they would be there on the 5th, but still have not seen them. No response to any communication from us and they are $50 up on us for two properties. Do not hire and definitely do not pay in advance.

 + -1 moreWell we didn't even get a chance to see his work he blew the appointment off that my wife made with him. When we called back to see what happened he said that he was too busy and couldn't service our property. No cancelation call no nothing and when we did get in touch with him he blew us off and didn't even offer to reschedule. Bad business practices

Description of Work: I live in the Mayfair section of the city in a row home with a small front yard. I do not use this service but my neighbor right next door used them for the first time today. I spent half the day Sunday mowing the lawn, sweeping and preparing my flower beds for planting. ( you can see the trash bag in the picture) At 830 Monday morning I awoke to the sound of mowing and a leaf blower. After a few minutes I looked out the bedroom window to one of his crew blowing debris off my neighbors lawn onto mine. I tried getting his attention from the window but he could not hear me over the leaf blower. I could not run after him because I was still in my pj's. by the time I got dressed they were driving away. I quick called this business and explained what happened on the answering machine and asked that someone come back and leaf blow the debris off my property. My call was returned by Walt the owner. He left me a message stating that his foreman of 12 years did that lawn personally and he didn't blow anything on my lawn and that it was very windy( was not windy in the morning when this happened)and that is why I had leaves on my property. He said that he was sorry but this was mother natures doing, not his! I took pictures of my neighbors mulch all over my patio and dried leaves and debris all over my property. If this was from mother natures "wind" the leaves would not be brown and dried up and there would be no mulch. I called and left another message stating that I saw his Forman by his truck and that this was a kid using the blower. I also saw this happen with my own eyes!!! He never called back. This is unprofessional and rude. He took over 4 minutes to explain how the wind did this and not his blower.. When it would have taken two minutes to come and fix the problem. If you do decided to use this service and ever have a complaint, be prepared to be told his crew never lies or makes mistakes and that you don't know what you are talking about!

 + -1 moreWe've used Perfection Lawncare for about 6 years and have had wonderful service. Unfortunately we've moved and they do not extend to our new area. If they did, we'd still be working with them. They were prompt and quick and left no mess. We had bi- weekly service on our front lawn and they also would take care of our flower bed out back once a season to get it ready for planting. Highly recommend the team.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly lawn service and additional spring and fall cleanup requests around the house.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. EVERY OTHER THURSDAY, LIKE CLOCK WORK. THEY ALSO CLEAN UP AND TAKE ALL THE CLIPPINGS WITH THEM.
