His work was not what he had promised. He did not strip the chairs totally but just re-covered the covered chairs. The original fabric was still underneath. He did not center or match the pattern; in upholstery, that is what I would look for. He was friendly, and his responsiveness and punctuality were good, but his professionalism was poor. He said he would fix the work, but I did not want to take my chairs back to him. I could have forced it and gotten the stuff fixed, but I did not trust him at that point. I had bought my fabric somewhere else, and it was expensive fabric. The thing that really irritated me was that he did not return the unused fabric; he kept it. He ripped us off and was a creep about it. The price was higher than the quote, but it was okay. I would not use him in the future.
