PERFECT HOUSE CLEANING

They never responded to my initial inquiry.

The problem initially arose when I contacted them about scheduling regular housecleaning. They said they would call and let me know when they were going to come back. I waited four weeks and they did not contact me about the regularly scheduled cleaning. I waited two more weeks and they still had not contacted me, so I called them back. They then told me when they called me back they had lost my number. They called and said Monday was the only day they could fit me in regularly, I told them it would not work on Monday. They have not returned my calls since. I was unhappy with their customer service, not the actual work done. I spoke only with Francini.

There were two people, but I know there are more people on their team. But they were very nice and they did not loose any time. They go straight to work, don't smoke. The company's name says everything: the work was PERFECT! The response for my call was very fast, and they came around for an estimate in my house. The first time they cleaned everything, then they follow with maintenance in the next visits. There was no issues with language, they speak really good English. My house was wonderful after the cleaning. Some special touches were cleaning under rugs, changing the beds, and my bathroom and kitchen were incredibly clean. The price was also very reasonable.
