+ -1 moreThis company was terrible. They claimed that the work they were doing was an upgrade, but in fact nothing they did improved my system or was even necessary. The work they performed did not fix the problem they were hired to fix. When I called them to come fix it later, they never came, despite making three appointments for them, and despite the fact they offered me a ten year warranty on their work. When I complained, they became abusive on the phone.
Description of Work: They replaced a volt box and cable and installed an outlet.

+ -1 moreThey never showed and they never called to say they were not coming, despite the fact that he had our numbers (he called earlier that day to ask if he could come earlier). I asked him what company he was calling from and he instantly got an attitude and said "How many companies did you call? I'm not coming if we aren't doing the work." I asked him his name and he said, "it doesn't matter" and then finally "Mike." It all was very odd. No company, no name, no commitment to a job, and NO SHOW.
Description of Work: We called this company and they said they would be able to come to our house the same day to figure out what was going on with our electricity. They agreed to come after 3 pm that afternoon. My husband had to take a half day off from work and come home early so he could be here to let them in. I explained that to the person who answered the phone- I asked him to call us if he wasn't going to show up for some reason, so we wouldn't have to leave work early for nothing. He called me a few hours later and asked if he could come early. I said no one would be there until 3, and asked him again to let me know if he wasn't going to show up. He said he would. Of course, he didn't show up, and he never called back, and he never answered his phone again that day. He just didn't show. It ruined both my work day and my husband's, and our electric problem was still not resolved because this company did not have the courtesy to show up or let us know they were not coming.
