Penners Floor Covering

I stopped by Penner"s on a recommendation of a friend, talked to Mr. Penner himself. Wasn't sure what I wanted but knew I wanted a grey/charcoal color carpet. I also told him that I wanted the carpet in by Christmas, this was early December!He wasn't sure about the installment time and I realized it was short notice so we proceeded to pick out the carpet, I gave him my budget and measurements. The next day someone came out to verify the measurements and 2 weeks later they were ready to intall the carpet!. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job, and all under my budget!

This is my father-in-law's house, where we moved in now and prior to this job, they installed carpets for him, so it's like a family contractor, where we look into other people first and then come back to them. They put flooring, they first put wood and my father in law had carpeting, so they took all that out of the kitchen. They then laid vinyl floors and did vinyl refinishing. They did a tremendous job, but they were a little pricy. Mr. Penners calls you right back, whenever you call him or leave a message. He then came on a Sunday to measure my kitchen, which was unusual, especially for a small business person. They were very buyer oriented people and Mr. Penners has been here for years. I believe they get workers, who have been there for years and recommend them to do work. They were very helpful, moved my furniture and it's a very good office. I will continue to use them in future.
