My experience with Peak Roofing & Siding was an absolute pleasure. Ron Clarkson was professional, thorough and VERY honest about the quote that he gave me and the overall process. He even provided photos of the before and after to show the work that his crew completed and ensured that I took advantage of the $200 coupon that was listed. I am happy with the work Ron, the owner of Peak Roofing, and his brother, Dan, performed. After a heavy rain I noticed a damp spot on my ceiling. Two roofers came out who suggested total replacement, at the cost of $8k and $13k, respectively. Needless to say, I was concerned. Ron assessed the leak and suggested that the roof was in pretty good condition, and could easily last 10 years. He recommended installing a new vent collar, cutting a few shingles that were installed such that water could pool in the valley of the pitched roof, and clearing all the gutters. Ron and Dan worked quickly and left the property tidy. After a heavy rain this weekend, I saw no signs of further leaking. Aside from the professionalism of the work done, I think Ron is good at some of those softer skills that some contractors have trouble with--pleasantness, fair pricing, timeliness, clear explanations of planned work, and follow-through. I'd be happy to hire Peak again!

Got the roof done in two days because of the excessive heat. However Ron was gracious enough to include two overhangs for the same price which was reasonable to begin with. I would hire him again.

Ron went to the property, took measurements, photos and said I should expect an estimate by the weekend. He joked that he would do a great job because I could get more clients to him. Weekend passed, client waiting and yet no estimate. I called Ron and he said it would be emailed that night. Nothing. Two days later I finally received the estimate, which was in line with the ones from other companies. Client chose this company because of their stellar reviews. I called Ron to place the service order in. He said that works would start on 10/08 but he would call beforehand to confirm. He didn't. I called Ron every other day from 10/8 to 10/12 and my phone calls were being declined most of the times. I left two voicemails and one time someone actually answered the phone and hang up seconds later. I definitely heard constructions noises during those brief seconds. I emailed him on 10/14 saying that I needed an answer. He answered my email saying that he was in hospital and he would call me today (Monday) and they could start the job on Tuesday. It's now 5:30 PM and Ron did not called me. If you have time to waste, go for it. Otherwise, just call someone else. All I got from Ron was a very disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. All in all he put me back 3 weeks on my schedule and in a bad position with my client, who expects that I research the providers before hand.

Peak did an excellent job with our roof and even fixed a couple of things that were not in the contract. Owner Ron Clarkson is honest, hardworking, stays with the job every day until it's finished, leaves a clean worksite, and is all around a great roofer. Would I hire him again? Defintely, yes. Unfortunately, I only have one roof. Do not hesitate to contact Peak if you have roofing needs.

Ron Clarkson was a pleasure to deal with. Not all roofers contacted called back. This was a rental property. old roof. I was unable to be present, but Ron sent me pictures and updated them as project progressed. Before and after pictures included in review. Ron's price was right on for scope of work. I had much higher prices quoted. I will use him again.

Very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't take advantage of what you don't know about the work getting done. I wish he would have done my roof but I rent and the landlord went with the cheaper and unprofessional guys .. what a mistake that was

I'm a disabled Vet and have to say Peak Roofing and Siding is a quality operation. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the repairs and the fairness in pricing. I only wish I had known of this roofer years ago. I would have avoided grossly overpriced work and work that started to leak again after just two years. I've already contracted Peak Roofing for another job. This company is the model all others should follow. So, am I pleased? YES!

I was very impressed with the work performed by Ron at Peak Roofing and Siding. He provided a detailed quote of what work to expect to be completed and came in at a competitive cost. He even cleared out some blockage while doing his initial assessment. Him and his crew showed up on time and were respectful of my house. They kept the inside clean and made sure the site outside was spotless when done. Would hire again

I have used them a couple times, Two years he installed a heating rubber roof. The following year I used him to install a coating. Also installed a rain spout. He is a very nice man, reasonable, neat and clean.

Really simple, I called, then they came out to take a look and the next day it was done. Price was the lowest of 3 estimates I had done.
