 + -1 moreI went extremely smoothly, I was asked what problems I had and they were corrected and solved immediately. The only think I needed to do was tell what the problem was and reboot. The rest was done while I sat and watched Greg fix my computer and more than fix it made its performace better than every. He went far beyond what he needed to do and explained everything when I asked what he was doing. He asked me before he did anything. I even paid on line. All secure and safe. If you ever need your computer fixed, you should contact PCSupport Doctor.com immediately. He is a 24/7 operation. Wish I did it first.
Description of Work: I called completed the required request on the web site. Greg called promptly, he connected to my computer and went to town. He fixed my lost Content Advisor (which Microsoft said I could not do!), fixed my Java, sped up my computer's performance, fixed the disk drawers that would not work (eject) from the keyboard. Organized my files for best productivity. He was polite, courteous, professional and stayed at it from 3:30 - 7:55. All withoutdisconnecting wires from the tower or taking it out of my house. Did not need to have anyone come into my home. Simply marvelious--this was after I had taken it to a local tech who made it worse. Recommend highly

 + -1 moreI went to the web site, left my info, Greg called promptly, I had Java problems, freeze screens, lag time, disabled disk ejects from keyboard, content advisor password problems. He fixed it all in one sitting remotely. I cannot say enough good things. I will never take my computer out of the house again. He is GOOD.
Description of Work: I had brought my computer to a local tech. It was never the same afterwards. I heard of Greg and was given his site address. Immediately he returned my call and fixed my computer as though it was new, He was extremely thorough and very professional. His rate is extremely reasonable. I have his number in my rolodex and will be calling him every time. There is no better service I have received. If you want your computer fixed better than new and done remotely give PCsupport doctor a call. Visit his site and put it in your favorites. Be sure to tell your friends about this service.
