I've known him for a long time. He does really good architectural and design work and landscape design. I work for a nonprofit and he gave us an extremely low price. He works really fast and he really listened to our needs for the space. What he came up with was pretty amazing because he even added things like lowering the carbon footprint and things like having strong natural lighting. He very creatively brought requests in like that or he suggested alternate things. He is definitely worth hiring for remodeling work or building from scratch. He does great work and knows how to make a building stand up. He knows what fits with what materials in what setting. He knows what things to include. He would make time to meet with me within a day or two. He was usually early. He is very professional and I would absolutely use him again.

Refused work either the job was over his head or he was too busy. Either way I would need attempt to use him again.

He did a fantastic job. He is also a designer and an architect and generally contractor. So you get everything when you hire him. He was very diligent and on time, easy to work with and very accommodating. His employees are very professional. They do top quality work.

Paul is new to general contracting. He is an architect by trade. When he came to this country from Ireland, he could not find a crew that would work to his standard so he set about finding his own crew. They are experienced and diligent under the watchful eye of Paul who incidentally works beside them constantly. It was a pleasure to have a designer and contractor all rolled up into one. I was extremely happy with the look and layout of my newly renovated home. I would never have achieved the same with another contractor. He was even cheaper than other contractors that bid on the job. You can't go wrong with him. I recommended him to two other people. It's so hard to find someone that can gain your trust to design and rehab your home and take the tension out of the whole process.
