Description of Work: I called Paul's Cement to repair two crumbling concrete steps in the front of my house. Initially he did not respond because he was out of town, but when he returned he asked me if I was still interested so we scheduled an appointment. When Paul came out I was at work, so he called and explained the job to me and give me 2 options, one to repair the steps and one to replace. I choose to have the steps replaced and they look good.

Description of Work: promised alot at estimate then once work started price escalated job was not done to my specifications paul did what he felt should be done waited too long for replacement window promised to point my doorway never returned if u decide to use him any way get paperwork before you pay him anything and dont pay him till the job is done
