The owner, Billy, is very detail oriented and conscientious that every project or service work performed by his company is handled in the utmost professional manner. They always work with your schedule and come through for you no matter how busy they get. One thing I have learned as a landlord, when you find a truly great service company you stick with them because they are few and far between. When doing some other work in our basement, we discovered a pipe that had been improperly fitted. We called Pasquarello plumbing and he came out the same day to give us an estimate. His team dug out a portion of pipe from below the concrete, removed the old pipe and fitted a new pipe so there were no more gaps in our sewer line. Pasquarello responded to our calls promptly and the work was done quickly and professionally.

Had a crack in sewer line which flooded our basement and I called Bill who came over and fixed the issue. His price was fair and he did the job himself on such short notice. I greatly appreciate his help and this wasn't the first time I used him, nor would it be the last.

We called him during an emergency on a Saturday when water was spraying out of my walls and he came immediately. He was very professional and did a great job. He is excellent!
