He does a fabulous job. He takes care of all of our roofs. I would definitely use him again.

He is the best. Workers were very hard workers.

It has been 10 weeks and counting still not finished. They show up to work 10 mins - 1 hr every 2 weeks. He kept tacking on fees and extra projects (needed new beamsand roof, had to replace siding and front windows) nearly doubling original estimate, harassed me for payment. Promised to work with my insurance company, never filed the claim. Has changed his phone number 7 times, rarely returns my phone calls. His workmanship is shoddy. The underside of my porch roof is warped and rain pours down in torrents, especially around my electric porch light! The new shingles have buckled, the back of the roof was supposed to be a single rubber sheet and instead was laid in 6 long strips, leaving the back of the roof open to developing leaks in between the strips. The job is still not finished and I am left with no money to contract someone to fix it correctly.

I called him and he cursed me out on the phone. After 2 weeks time, I called the adjuster and told him I wanted to fire him. The roofer also kept asking for money every day. Sometimes he would come for an hour and leave. I hired someone else to come finish the front of the house. I asked him to look at the roof, as well as 4 others, they said I needed another roof. Had leaks develop 2 weeks later. The roofer said it was "the worst new roof he'd ever seen." They were trying to torch it on, against a material that wasn't meant for it. They could have burned the house down. Torch marks were remaining when the person fixing the roof went up to do so.
