Called Mr Kane 11/12 or 13th , left a message. He responded same day. We spoke about scope of work I was interested in for an estimate. His manner was very professional. Said he was starting a job not far from me on Thurs 11/15 and would come end of day to review my needs and provide an estimate. Stated he would be here 5:30-6:00pm. At 6:10pm he called , said wasn't going to happen, he couldn't make it, was apologetic. stated he had to go and would call me tomorrow, Fri, to reschedule. Said weekend would be good. I reiterated, you'll call me tomorrow, he said yes. He did not call on Friday. He called on Sat, left a message,about rescheduling and he could come out Sunday. I returned his call ,I believe on Sunday, he again was very apologetic and professional in conversing. At that time, I was no longer in need of his services. I would have appreciated a call prior to the appt time, not after. Had that occurred, I would not have rushed home and done something else.. Perhaps he had a bad day that Thurs., but my time is valuable also. I would hesitate to call him again, because there may be a punctuality issue with performing the job. He came highly recommended by a friend.

I left a voice mail message, but the provider never returned my call.

We trust him, he takes time, and pays attention to detail.
