If you call on the phone, you may not get an answer. The best way to communicate with them is through their website. Whenever I have a problem, they are the company I will call.

+ -1 moreOn 12/15/2012 Omar arrived at my home and he begin asking me what issues I was having with my computer. I tried to describe to him everything that was going on with it. Omar checked everyting from the monitor to the mouse, he found my problem within 15-20 minutes. Although the problem was minor ( I hadn't learn all the features on my new wireless Keyboard and Mouse). Omar was very understanding and informative to me the whole time he was at my home.
Description of Work: I use PC Ambulance1 for my annual computer updates every 6 to 12 months...Omar the owner is always very thorough and professional with getting my computer back on track. He will investigate any computer issues and he tries his best to educate you on how to save money while extenting the life of your computer.
