Great service! Very knowledgeable and professional. The previous owners never had the ducts cleaned so the amount of dust that was removed was incredible. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to others.

Serg showed up a bit late, but did mention that he couldn't contact me because my number wasn't on the order ticket. In any event, when he did arrive, he was very thorough at explaining just what he was going to do. He showed us pictures of the air vent before he started cleaning, and I must say, it appears the vent system had not been cleaned, ever! So we were glad we had him out there. Would def. hire again!

The technician did a great job. The attic was well over 100 degrees, and he worked very diligently to get the job well done, not quickly, but done right. Highly Recommend Also terrific customer service via phone and email.

When I found that our dryer vent was disconnected deep within the ceiling of our finished basement, I called OZON on the basis of a neighbor's recommendation. Their guy arrived — friendly, considerate, easy to work with — and in two hours installed an entirely new duct, vastly more efficient than the old one could have been. Yes, as with other clients, he took off his shoes when walking through the house — CARRYING them down to the basement to put them back on where he needed to work! Dan carefully shaped the job to cost us the least amount possible and was terrific about cleaning up.

Job took about 4 hours, guys showed me the vacuum after the job was done, got a lot of construction debris out after remodeling the house. Will use this company in the future.

Great. Two young men who showed up, were very polite. They took off their shoes and were careful while moving the furniture to access the vents. My house is 20 years old and I was told that ducts has never been cleaned. When the job was done, machine that they brought to the house was full of dust and debris. Looking forward to meet them in 3-5 years.
