OZON Air Duct Cleaning

The technicians arrived on time, were professional, and did a very good job.

The duscts were cleaned by one person, Serhii, who called before his arrival, took his shoes off in the house and politely asked where everything was located and which doors he could use. He went through the steps and with me and then proceded to clean all the vents and ductwork withought me needing to be their through the whole thing (which took 3 hours). At the end he described what he saw and gave me a few tips on keeping my system in tip top shape.

I called them up for an estimate and they called me right back and gave me a very reasonable estimate we set up a day that worked for both of us They were exactly on time and were very professional They did a great job and I would strongly recommend thrm

Very pleased with the professionalism & throughness of the gentlemen that performed the service. Upon arriving at my home they did a survey of the entire system & layout & proceeded in an efficient cleaning my air ducts. As a condo owner I am required to have my dryer vent cleaned every 2 years. I had hired another company last year but that company did not come close to the level of service Ozon provided. The amount of lint & dust buildup removed was more than could have possibly built up in just a years time. Thank you for a great job & the helpful information provided. I have recommended Ozon to my HOA & will recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. I will definitely be calling them the next time my dryer vent needs cleaning.

it was great. the first time he came he cleared the dryer vent and i indicated that I was having new floors installed in a week. He told me to call when that was completed and he would come back to clean all vents. great service and will hire again when needed.

Did a great job accommodating to my schedule. I was running behind at work and had a neighbor let him in to begin work. I only trusted him based on past Angies list reviews and he did a great job. Was also very honest in stating that the person prior to us buying the house must have completed a job like this in the past 2-3 years as my vents were not that dirty. He also cleaned my dryer vent. Would hire again in 5 years when I need to upkeep.

The guy came out and sucked all the crap out of all the vents with a huge machine and then he went to every single vent inside the home and cleaned them out with a suction hose as well. he showed us how to install a new hvac filter and we did. There is an immediate difference in breathing inside the home since the cleaning. I would definitely hire again

Went well. Pleasantly surprised. Appointment scheduling was easy with a 2 hour window.. They called 45 minutes before arriving to give me a heads up. Arrived at the scheduled time. Two very nice young men, Dan and Searsh. They went right to work. Cleaned up after themselves. This was the first time in 20 years we have had the vent / duct cleaned, and there was a lot of built up lint. They explained everything to me. They had reservations about the connection/plumbing between the dryer and exhaust vent in the wall. Searsh explained that it could leak lint into the laundry room, causing breathing issues. They redid it for me at no extra cost. I was concerned they would want extra money, because the length of the run from the laundry room to outside was kind of long. However, they said no. The price quoted on the phone was the price. I will hire them next time and would recommend them to friends and family.

Dan had performed the work at our house today. He came exactly on time, was very polite, knowledgeable,and professional. Dan is not only cleaned our entire air duct system, but he also noticed and showed to us an issue with our filter in air conditioner, spent extra time to explain how to fix and maintain it correctly. We were very impressed by Dan's working skills and professional ethics. Will definitely hire him again.
