OZON Air Duct Cleaning

Excellent experience. The technician (Serzh) was very efficient and extremely thorough. He explained exactly what he was going to do, showed us as he worked what he was finding, and gave advice for our next service. He was prompt, polite, and very tidy. We will definitely call Ozon Air Duct Cleaning again for our next service.

It went very well. I just moved into my house and had to change out my heater from a gravity heater (which doesn't use forced air) to a regular hot air heater. I don't think the previous owner ever had her ducts cleaned before and there was a TON of dust build up. The man who came to do the work took his time and did a fantastic job. My ducts are so clean I can actually hear the difference in my air flow. He was very professional and friendly. Got there early (after calling to ask if it was ok) and took his time to make sure his job was done efficiently. I will def hire them again when I need to have them cleaned!

It was just okay. I was disappointed that the return duct grates were not removed. I’ve had this service done in the past and these grates were removed, cleaned and replaced. The blower tool was put in through the grate slats which bend them back a bit.

The dryer vent clearly was in bad shape and now it's great. Tech showed me that the HVAC system was pretty good before the service, but with allergies in our family I'm glad we had the work done. Very respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself before leaving. Well done!

The technician explained the complete process. He was actually early for the appointment and offered some suggestions along the way. He recommended a particular schedule to ensure all the vents and filters will always work properly.

The Ozone Service technician came to my home to provide the service. The technician called me when he was on his way and contacted me again when he reached my residence and prior to knocking on my door. I was very pleased with the professional displayed with the service technician. He answered all my questions and even called me to show me what he was doing. When the technician was finished, he advised me of the timelines when the services I received should be performed in the future. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the technician who provided the support. I would definitely call them again to provide services to my home.

Everything went well. Dan was very professional and answered any questions that I had. He even gave me pointers on how often I should have my system cleaned. Whole process took about 2 hours for my small house.

Good and Prompt service. The Ozon tech showed up on-time and got right to work. he showed me everything that came out of the vents and the before and after pictures of the main air ducts. I will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased the deal on Anigies list and promptly got an appointment. Sergie showed up right on time and got to work. He was friendly, efficient and offered us helpful tips to get the most out of our furnace system as he worked. By the time he was done we were stunned by the amount of crap he had sucked out. The filthy before pictures (our ducts hadn't been done in forever and we had two large dogs in the house for several years) were replaced with sparkling clean photos of the inside of ducts. WE were extremely pleased with the results and the was no mess or sign of him being there after he left. Will definitely call Ozon again

Once I purchased the deal in Angie's list, they were quick to contact us via email. Appointment was made for in a few days. They were very nice and worked promptly. After all the designated work was done, they asked if we also want the chimney to be swept for an extra of $150, to which we agreed. I'm glad that the air feels much cleaner in our home. Attached is just one photo to show how much stuff was cleaned from the dryer vent.

Job was done well. When a problem came up with the dryer vent cover installation the company was very responsive.

He showed me everything he was doing while working and took some pictures. He was friendly, professional and punctual. He cleaned up after himself. The pricing was fair. I'm definitely using them again.
