Description of Work: OLC is tucked away on S.2nd St so that if you were strolling past the showroom you might pass it by. If you did then it would be a big mistake because behind its modest façade is a full service operation which offers the best in modern design. Having been in the market for lighting, I thought that the best deals were over the internet and figured that a store such as OLC would charge so much more. When the more prominent lighting sites never revealed that they were actually out of stock, I decided to try OLC which was in my neighborhood. To my surprise not only were the prices the same but also the fixtures were available...if all you want is to skip taxes so be it but you'll be making a mistake. The service is first rate, particularly that of Paula Lisak, and they keep their word. The lamps were delivered on time and when we carelessly broke a part immediately after delivery Ms. Lisak made sure that the part was replaced pronto without charge. So many businesses today promise service but they never follow through. So if you want cheap, don't go here; if you want fad, don't go here; and if you don't care about service, don't go here but if you are looking for quality at a fair price delivered with first rate service then this is the store for you.
