+ -1 moreHe was very responsive, he very detailed, very assertive in terms of dealing with the other parties. Sometimes his personality and professionalism, he could be a little over the top, a little overbearing and pressuring as things got frantic with the way a home buy is. Overall it was good but there were a couple of things that potentially someone else could do a better job. I definitely probably would use him again.
Description of Work: I used OCF Realty for the location when we first started. After that we tried a couple of other realtors and they were not responsive. He was very responsive. It didn't technically cost me anything because it came out of the closing cost.
