He did absolutely nothing. He sold us on his company that had a great architect, great carpenters and a great mason. His architect drew up the plans to submit to township for permits. The permits were approved provided zoning was approved and if he read the permits he would have seen that. Zoning was not approved due to a variance. I asked for his architect to update the plans with requested information from the township and he told me three times that he would be there until the last time he told me his architect was too busy and to get another architect because they don't do variance. This was a week before the plans needed to be submitted. He never called with information, he communicated by Facebook message. I told him that we no longer wanted him for our contractor and wanted a full refund. After back and forth because he didn't want to give us our money back. He gave me a day that he would drop off a check, and failed to deliver. Then he gave another day. Again failed to deliver. On the third try, I went to him to get it because I felt he would find a reason not to give it to us. He did give me a check but I had to wait until he deposited money into the account before I could get my money. He NEVER works in your time line, he dictates to you. He told us on multiple occasions how busy he was , how busy his mason was and how busy his architect was.. We don't want to hear that! I guess he was too busy for our project.
