+ -1 moreI called Fortuna due to a water leak. They came out promptly and told me it was the flashing. They quoted a very reasonable price and I okayed the work. Since they were located nearby the work was completed that day. Since I do not live at the house everything was communicated by phone and e mail. About a month later I had water leaking in my closet. They came out promptly and repaired the roof. There was no charge because their work is guaranteed.
Description of Work: Repair of flat roof.

Description of Work: I've been working with Lou for months to get my roofing and siding done. The weather slowed us down a lot and right before I we were about to begin I realized my windows were in bad shape and now I need to have new windows installed before I can move forward with the roof and siding. I will be using Lou Fortuna for the work.
