Carpet Cleaning
My call was immediately responded to by Mark, who scheduled an appointment based on my availability. My schedule ended up changing, and when I called two days before it was scheduled, he was able to change my appointment to a day earlier, no problem. Two young men arrived, they were friendly and professional. My problem was with a stacked washer/dryer in a second floor closet. The dryer was not drying properly. Sure enough, when they went up on the roof, they found that the exhuast vent was completely clogged with lint. They brought the two inch "brick" of lint down for me to see. They cleaned the vent, from the roof down to the machine. I am happy to say that the dryer is working great now. He recommended I have the dryer vent cleaned every two years, and put a reminder magnet on my machine.
